We were recommended ion8 bottles by a friend when I complained that the kids juice bottles don’t last longer than a few weeks. So I thought hmm they are a slight bit more money than the super market brands I’ve been buying but my goodness…The quality are worth every penny extra! We have cleared our cupboards and replaced with only ion8 bottles. I was also unfortunate enough to break one and I spoke with their customer. Service team and they replaced it- no fuss. I spoke to Ellvee
and they were not only so helpful and attentive but quite clearly human and not a Robot (which you usually face when speaking to cs these days). I am a 100% convert and will be buying these for my f&f for presents to convert them also! Thank you!

I've been a serial water bottle buyer for years, for two reasons:
1. Who doesn't love a new water bottle?
2. I cannot cope when they start looking battered, leaking everywhere, hanging on by their last slurp, or when your child has chewed the straw so much it could pass as a dog toy.

Then I discovered ION8... and that was the end of my toxic relationship with replacing water bottles every month. These bottles have survived absolute carnage. They've been launched across playgrounds, dropped from every height imaginable, left festering at school for two weeks over half term (I opened that lid with the fear of someone defusing a bomb 🤢), knocked over countless times, thrown into bags, and even survived a family trip to Disneyland Paris. Through all of that... not. one. leak. Bare in mind I've got 4 children, 3 of who are boys that like to toe the boundary line and dance with the devil on a weekly if not daily occurrence.

I originally switched because I wanted to be more environmentally friendly, but also because I'd heard they genuinely don't leak. Well, we've unintentionally stress-tested that claim, and I can confirm it's 100% true. I've even curbed my impulse water bottle spending because I only buy ION8 now. Sorry boys... you can't have the Lightning McQueen flip-top straw bottle from the big green 4 letter word shop. We have standards now. 😂 (No shade but you just can't cut it)

I've converted my mum and my sister too, who now has all three of her kids using them. My family knows that if I'm recommending something, it's because I've thoroughly tested it and it is worth getting!

A special mention to Ellvee in customer services, who was absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the company. Poor soul got a long rambling email from me literally saying this! Everyone loves a complaint so I wanted to get in contact about how fab they were!✨

So, long story short... buy the ION8 bottle. Your floors will stay dry, your bag won't become a paddling pool, and your bank account will thank you for finally stopping the endless water bottle cycle.

No phone number or email address available to contact them, only clumsy online forms which are responded to several days later when it’s too late to action your request.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from ION8.

When my order arrived, it was missing a straw, making the bottle unsuitable for my young children to use. I immediately requested a return through the website and was told someone would contact me. After waiting a week with no response, I called customer service. The adviser took my details and order number and assured me someone would get back to me.

It has now been several more days, and I still have not heard anything. I simply want to return my order for a full refund, but I have been left chasing for a response with no return instructions or return label provided.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. A straightforward return should not take this long, especially when the product arrived incomplete. I hope someone from ION8 sees this review and contacts me promptly to resolve the issue.

Recently purchased ION8 Vacuum Insulated Steel Water Bottle. 500ml for a recent holiday. First time of using it leaked soaking the contents of my bag and ruining the day. This was very disappointing.
Contacted ION regarding this one my return only to find that the bottle had been supplied without the sealing washer for the lid, which they did send a replacement.
Very disappointed that it arrived without one.
Please check your purchases of ION8 products.

I have been using Ion8 bottles for the past 4 years. My daughter started using them in Reception and we’ve never changed. They’re so strong and durable. I’ve only ever had 2 issues with 2 of the stainless steel 500ml bottles, where the paint flaked off and the lockable lid broke. Both bottles were replaced immediately by Ion8 customer services.
Great bottles and Ellvee provided great service. She was polite, empathetic, and efficient.
