I have been using Ion8 bottles for the past 4 years. My daughter started using them in Reception and we’ve never changed. They’re so strong and durable. I’ve only ever had 2 issues with 2 of the stainless steel 500ml bottles, where the paint flaked off and the lockable lid broke. Both bottles were replaced immediately by Ion8 customer services.
Great bottles and Ellvee provided great service. She was polite, empathetic, and efficient.

We have 4 ion8 travel mugs. The clasps on each one broke within about 3 months. To begin with, they then sent us a few free spare lids. We’ve eked them all out over about a year since the replacement lids died. Because, you know, the environment that they claim to care about etc. Now, we have 4 ion8 mugs and 1 lid. The springs on the clasps don’t work and we have had multiple drinks leaks in bags. We tried to BUY a new lid, and they told us that they wouldn’t sell spare lids, or replace them at all. I said that’s ok, but I would continue to warn them on social media. They then blocked me immediately on all socials and refuse to accept further messages from me. I was nothing but polite, so they clearly don’t like word getting out about their terrible customer service and non eco-friendly business model. Wow, great plan guys.

Very disappointed that it isn’t clear on the website that the metal water bottles do not keep water cool at all. Such a waste of money!

Meine Ion8 Edelstahlflasche ist viel mit mir unterwegs. Dann ist eine kleine Dichtung im Deckel verloren gegangen. Ich habe mich an ION8 gewendet und habe tolle, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Hilfe bekommen. Jetzt habe ich kostenlos eine neue Dichtung erhalten und freue mich riesig darüber 🤗well done

Really great water bottles. Long lasting and don't leak. My son's old one has been bashed around and dropped this last year but still works fine, however I've just ordered a new one for his next term in September as the bottles are just the best.

Ellvee was very helpful in remediating the small issue with our bottle and provided us with a complimentary straw to help my toddler drink from the bottle without any spillage.

I have had these bottles just under a week. It has been super hot and the insulated bottles have been perfect. I even had a bottle left in a hot car for hours, and when we returned, the water was still cool inside. Really great. The straws however are not my favorite, especially on the smaller size bottle, it doesn't get the last bits of water out because the straw doesn't reach no matter how you turn the bottle. I will probably not buy a replacement when these ones get old, but definitely YES to the bottles. The prints are so cute, the material feels durable. I love the fact that the images are slightly raised, not just printed on. I had no issues with delivery, packaged well (although in a plastic bag that was unnecessary as there was already paper packaging to make sure there were no scratches) but otherwise fast and safely delivered

My previous order was sent back and i contacted ion8 but I still havent heard back. now i have had to place the order again with no idea if I will be reimbursed for the precious order.

I brought this water bottle for durability and we have been through countless bottles for my 6yo. Unfortunately it’s another one for the bin. It bend and crippled after another child fell on it. Disappointed as it claimed it to be the one that would last

I brought two insulated bottles for my children to go on holiday so they would stay cold and they were fab no warm water here 🙌🏼❤️

Great drinks bottle. Very well put made , everything fits together perfectly. Good feel to the bottle not cheap plastic.

All bottles were amazing!

I am missing straws from my delivery and when asking for them to be delivered I merely got a message to say the parcel had been delivered. Which it had but the straws were not in the box.
Haven’t heard anything since. Really disappointed as my boys love their bottles.

It’s an easy site to navigate and select which product you want. I’ve not had any negative experiences from it at all and have purchased two products from them now.
