Irish Parcels レビュー

It is my first time sending a parcel to Australia so I was unsure about the customs form . .
I received excellent customer service over the phone . Absolutely top class. Nothing was any trouble and very pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much.

Issue with collection, it was solved immediately by customer support.
Very professional.

The delivery to USA was quick and efficient. No fuss, no hassle.

Brilliant service , reliable ( Collects when they say they will) , cheaper and actually has humans in customer service that will deal with any queries, unlike competitors who rely on virtual assistants!

Brilliant service. Quick delivery to the US from Ireland. Easy communication and tracking. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use this service again.

Very helpful and quick responses with useful information and guidance. Collection and delivery was also super efficient and friendly.

Irish Parcels offers a really great service and choice of couriers. The staff were particularly helpful in responding swiftly to a couple of queries and in expediting collection . Always recommended.

Staff were amazing, answered all my queries so quickly. Case arrived super quick. So so pleased with Irish Parcels

Have used irish parcels a few time now, very good service as always. Have never been let down! Very efficient!

Credit where credit is due. After a horrendous experience with a competitor, I rebooked my parcel with Irish Parcels (after I checked reviews on Trust Pilot). I got an acknowledgement email right away, unlike the competitor, where my parcel just seem to disappear into thin air. Parcel was collected first thing following morning and arrived safely in UAE within just a couple of days. I was able to track the whole process. Highly recommend.

Irish Parcels are my preferred shipping company. Their prices are very competitive and online booking is a breeze. However, the main reason for recommending Irish Parcels is the customer service, they will chase the delivery companies if there is a collection or delivery issue. Quick response to queries and overall great service.

Great service, all on time, great communications, highly recommend!!!

Website very user friendly.
Excellent help by phone when I needed to clarify queries.
Courier arrived on time from Fedex and was very nice. Parcel arrived on time in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for more !!

Parcel was picked up in time and delivered quickly without any delays.

Fantastic service, that has saved me a mini fortune in customs fees. Paul has gone above and beyond in accommodating my orders. Orders have arrived in a timely fashion and I'm very pleased with the service. I highly recommend DELIVERME.IE

You'd be much better off going directly to the couriers that Irish Parcels broker for (e.g. DPD) for better customer care and peace of mind. I've used Irish Parcels on multiple occasions, but I won't be using them again.

A non-fragile item I sent through DPD via Irish Parcels arrived broken. Irish Parcels refused to cover the damages, claiming the item was antique. When I pointed out that it wasn't, they said that because 'fragile' was written on the box, it wasn't eligible for compensation (their no-compensation list includes 'Delicate items' and 'Fragile items (all)'. Try and win an argument against those broad terms). Bear in mind, the item sent was solid metal - not fragile. This experience leads me to believe they'll avoid liability by any means necessary.

If you're sending anything worth more than a tenner, definitely go directly through the couriers themselves - don't leave yourself open to losses by using Irish Parcels.

Delivered without difficulty an on time. Easy to use web interface.
