Nice customer service from Julius. Easy and seamless experience

HAVING PURCHASED AN ISPRING 3 STAGE FILTER SYSTEM AND HAVING A PROBLEM A DRIP I COULDNT FIX ON MY OWN I CALLED ISPRING AND SEAN TOOK CALL HE EXPLAINED WHAT PROBLEM MIGHT BE AND TOLD ME HE WOULD REPLACE UNIT WHICH I WILL RECEIVE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS ISPRING HAS BEEN GREAT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service is exceptional. Francis was very helpful. I had issues with my ispring portable filter with the persistent E1 code. He facilitated the replacement and I received it in lesa than 3 business days.

I purchased a replacement filter #5 on Amazon for my RO-100 system. It didn’t fit. I called iSpring and spoke to Sean who advised me that I can only use filter #5 MADE IN USA. He said if I could send photos of the Amazon receipt and #5 filter, he would send me a USA filter #5. I was surprised that he would do this, I was much appreciated! We corresponded by email and he promptly sent me the USA #5 filter. Going forward, I will purchase my filters from iSpring, not Amazon! Thank you Sean!

Our iSpring filtration unit stopped working, and although it was beyond the warrantee period, Lawrence at iSpring sent us a replacement unit. He was extremely helpful and it is refreshing to find a company that really stands behind it's products.

Had my iSpring water softener for 3 years. Worked great until I overfilled it with salt. Made the float valve go bad. Thanks to Laurence at iSpring, they are sending me a brand new unit. It’s wonderful to see an American company actually backing their product!!! You don’t see that much anymore. I also have a 6 stage RO system, a 2 stage whole house system and the spin down sediment system hooked up. They all work beautifully. Don’t hesitate to buy iSpring.

I installed spring 6 stage filter system in my house and had a problem with not enough water going to the tank.I called support and talked to John and he told me what the problem was and is now sending the part to fix it.John was very good to work with and got it straightened out right away.Thank you John

I contacted ispring via phone and I actually got a real person right away. Sean was very helpful and is sending out the replacement part I need right away. It is nice to talk to someone the actually speaks plain English. Sean was very knowledgeable about the RO system I purchased and very helpful. I installed our RO system in unfinished basement area right below our kitchen sink. Works fine and supplies our refrigerator ice maker.

Our daughter and son-in-law had been living with us for the last few months, and they frequently commented how much they loved our Reverse Osmosis filtered water, so I bought the iSpring 6-stage system as a house warming gift after they found a place of their own. Unfortunately during installation, I broke the tank shutoff valve while hand-tightening it too much (instructions say to be careful not to over-tighten!). I contacted Julius at sales at ispringfilter.com and he sent me a replacement part right away. Now it's working and they are very happy with it.

I recently called and spoke with John about an issue I was experiencing, and I was extremely impressed with the level of support he provided. He was very knowledgeable about the company's filters and quickly helped identify a replacement for the failed part I had. Beyond that, he took the time to offer helpful advice and answer my questions thoroughly.

One of the most important factors to me when purchasing any product is knowing that good support is available when I need it, and John exceeded my expectations. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in helping solve my problem.
