Just purchased this under sink RO unit with ice maker and added the remineralization cartridge. Super easy setup, everything you need is in the box. Be mindful you need to run electric under cabinet and determine how to get to fridge (I ran it through floor into basement and back up to fridge). Easy install. I added the remineralization filter after purchasing, so I called customer service and Jonathan quickly explained it is an easy add on with the push fittings after the last filter (FT15). He quickly shipped the filter and I had it in time for my install.

Great spin down for large capacity sand. Had a valve issue after 2 years and Julius from the support team sent me a new housing free of charge. Great support.

Faucet was defective on delivery, but a call to customer service had a new one sent to me free of charge in like 3 minutes (no kidding it was crazy fast, thanks johnathan), and I can't really be any happier

I just called to buy a replacement canister housing. Instead Sean at iSpring sent me a whole new unit (absent the filters of course) for free!!!!!!!!!!! So, within two days of dicovering a leak i had a new unit installed. Just one criticism: The screw holes on the mounting plate for the new unit did not line up with the old ones. So the replacement job took a little longer than anticipated.

Call to register the warranty. Spoke with Julius, right off the bat she said no problem and she would help me over the phone. Very pleasant person made me feel like I was very important. She took no time at all registering the warranty and emailed it to me. I wish more customer service agents were like her. Thank you very much.

We recently installed our iSpring Reverse Osmosis Water System and are really enjoying it knowing that we are drinking safe water and the taste is excellent. We initially had an issue with a leaky faucet but we called Sean and he immediately sent us a new one. iSpring is a great company and their water systems are very affordable!

I recently had an issue with a part failing on my iSpring water filtration system, and their customer support made the whole thing painless. I reached out about a broken filter housing, and John got a full replacement kit sent out right away — no hassle, no unnecessary back-and-forth. Great communication throughout and fast turnaround from their Atlanta warehouse. It’s rare to get this level of responsive, no-friction support these days. Ask for John if you need help — he’ll take care of you.

I bought the alkaline filter for my RO system but it didn't raise the pH so I reached out to customer support and they immediately sent me a new filter. John was really helpful in explaining why that might have happened and sent the new filter the next day. Great customer service.

I am so greatly happy when contacted iSpring in regards to warranty coverage and talked to representative name Julius. He was really helpful and walked me through every step of process. I am very happy for the Customer Service received from Julius and will recommend the service to all my Friends and family.

Purchased a TDS3 meter and it had a flakey power switch. Robert responded quickly to my concern and sent me a replacement meter. Great service!

Been using iSpring products for years. I’ve always been happy with the results. The new UV filter housing is a drastic improvement over the old one. Laurence was extremely helpful.

I have been using iSpring products for about 5 years and currently run three WSP filters across my wells and cistern system, along with a house sediment and carbon filter.

The products themselves are sturdy and well-built, but what really stands out is their customer service. Every time I call, a knowledgeable representative answers promptly and actually understands the equipment.

In my setup, I only need to pull and clean the stainless steel mesh filters once or twice a year. Taking the filter out to wash it takes less than five minutes. I did add the Auto Spin Down Attachment to my indoor filter where I have a nearby drain. In my experience, neither the manual nor auto spin-down flushes do a complete job of cleaning the mesh, so manual rinsing is still required. This may be specific to my water chemistry, and in the grand scheme of things, it’s a minor issue for an otherwise excellent system. Highly recommended.

I received prompt answers to my questions about our R/O system. Robert not only answered them with kindness and accuracy but he went the extra mile to send me a replacement faucet to address a leak. I was very impressed and recommended them highly!

Appears to be a good quality product. Valve action is smooth and no drips. I would recommend this.

When I discovered a defect with my US31 Filter System, I reported it to customer service. Jonathan responded quickly, and offered a more than adequate solution. The entire transaction was prompt, and efficient.

With the exception of the defect, I have been very satisfied with the filter. The materials used, and build quality are excellent.

What started as a, not so good, experience, has ended in a very positive one. Thank you Jonathan, for your help!

John and Nick have been extremely helpful! I recently cracked the water reservoir on my ispring while rinsing it. Since they set me up with the warranty, everything was handled. I sent them an email, and they very quickly had a new one mailed out to me. Love this machine, we can really tell the difference from the filter we have on our sink versus the ispring. The ispring is wayyyy better.

It's not every day I give any company a Five star review, especially these days, but my experience with iSpring has been positive in every way. When we discovered our drinking water had unhealthy levels of arsenic and lead, we purchased the iSpring 500 Reverse Osmosis tankless water system last July. My husband was happy that it was easy to install under our sink, and it's been operating so well the past year, we just take it for granted. Even changing the filters is a three step snap. After getting our system installed, I paid to have our drinking water tested again, just to be sure, and I'm happy to say that our water is now as pure as possible. The arsenic and lead levels are reduced so much by the RO system as to be negligent, which is a huge relief to us. I did have to call Customer Service once with a question, but I didn't have to wait on hold and John was professional, courteous and helpful. This is the way American companies used to be, and these days, it's a rare breath of fresh air. Pretty sure we'll be iSpring customers for life.

I have bought an under the counter US31 water filtration system after having completely redone the kitchen. It's not installed yet as I'm waiting on a cobalt step drill bit to drill a hole in the sink for installation of the new faucet for the filter. Previously we've used iSpring "on the faucet" filters for our drinking water but they can't be used with the new Pfister sink faucet. We've been very very pleased with iSpring products and customer support over the last 10 years we used the on the faucet filter which is why we specifically have chosen iSpring for the new under the sink filter. Customer service today with Jonathan in getting the 3 year warranty set up for the new US31 went very easily.
