Jonathan was a big help!

My old system had a leak. Reached our to them and John was able to help me with a solution. Fast response.

I bought my unit 15 years ago and purchaded replacement filters. When I received them they didn't fit. I called in and talked to Johnathan, at support, he found that my filters were obsolete. Johnathan is sending me what I need at no additional cost.
Thank you Johnathan all our drinking and cooking water goes through that unit.

I have been using iSpring as a water filtration for over 2 years and the water quality feels like a huge improvement over the local tap water. Setup was easy, and after running into an issue, customer support was great and fast, and I am specifically very thankful to Robert for helping me understand and pinpoint the issue and then solving it! Great experience and I do recommend on every level.

I had a couple issues with water pressure after almost a year of problem free use. I did some research and found that the most likely problem was a clogged filter. I bought new filters and the problem went away for a month but came back. I felt dumb, defeated, and confused. I called iSpring to see what the deal was...Jonathan answered and asked how he could help. I told him the situation and he said it was likely dude to a filter being OVERFILLED with media. Without hesitation he said he would send me a new filter ASAP and to let him know if the problem persists. Thank you Johnathan for calming my nerves and confirming i wasn't going crazy. I recently had an issue with decreased water output from my iSpring reverse osmosis system. I reached out to customer support and spoke with Laurence, who was incredibly helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue as low storage tank pressure and sent a clear troubleshooting video that allowed me to fix the problem easily. Laurence went above and beyond by offering a replacement tank as a one-time courtesy if the issue happens again. Exceptional customer service!

I bought this to replace an APEC system that leaked when I tried to replace the filters, so I had an easy installation since the tubes and drainage, tap were already in place. This system has c locks when connecting the tubes so I am hoping it won't leak when I replace the filters. The Youtube video had very useful and easy to follow instructions. I was having some trouble registering my RO unit and reached out to ISpring for assistance.
Jonathan responded very quickly and requested some proof of purchase, than proceeded to complete the process for me once he had the the required information.

Product works as advertised. Was looking to buy a “spot zero” but at a price tag of 5000$ that was out of the question. This one works just as good, besides the frequency of the filter change. (My rich buddy owns a spot zero)

Our iSpring 3 stage whole house filter system of about 3 to 4 years had some problems. The manifold for one of the housings cracked, from apparently over tightening, and water flooded the garage. I called iSpring Support and spoke to Robert for help. He requested some pictures and knew exactly what needed to be done to get it fixed. He offered to send me the parts that I need for the repair. He was extremely knowledgeable of their products and very helpful as well. I’m more than happy with the support I was able to get from him.

My faucet on my RCC7AK: iSpring system developed a drip and I called their support number and talked with a person named Jonathan. I was impressed because he offered to send me a replacement faucet. Kudos to a company that stands behind their products and to Jonathan, a person who had great "people"skills.

5 STARS. I am on a community well system. Over the years there have been issues with iron in the water which ruined laundry and stained toilet bowls, etc. A few other customers have filter systems and I talked to them about their products and how well they worked. Then I began researching and settled on the iSpring system. After it was installed, and the lines run for a while to get rid of “old” water and recommended in the instructions, everything worked great. No leaks, no noise, no issues. Water pressure remained the same, water was clean AND after a couple of days I noticed that the “iron rings” in the toilets were fading. HooRAH!!! Based on my water usage the filters should last for a long time. We’ll see. I bought an extra set of filters just to have them on hand. I suggest letting a plumber do the work unless you’re proficient at it.

Good customer service. Affordable price. It gives me comfort drinking water that is purified and I put it through to water dispenser, saving my runs to Walmart.

I ordered the iSpring reverse osmosis system a few months ago and it has been great! And when I needed help the customer service by Sean was above and beyond! Great company
