We bought a 3-stage system with a sediment spin-down filter from Amazon to deal with our well water. It's a WGB32B-KDS. I'm very impressed with the quality of the components - very well made! They provide great documentation and guidance on the installation but I needed some support for our situation. Jonathan from their support team was awesome and resolved my problem in a flash. I highly recommend iSpring if you need a really solid filtration solution.

Quick extended warranty registration process

I have been a user of the iSpring RCC7 reverse osmosis (RO) system for years and decided to upgrade to their RO800G system to give us more space under the counter and to make it easier to replace the filters. This was to take place at the same time as our kitchen cabinets and countertops were being replaced. The RO800G was ordered from a 3rd party and received but not initially installed due to delays in installing the new cabinets. When the time came to install the RO system it was discovered it had been previously installed and the unit was damaged and not usable. Since 30 days had passed since receiving the RO system from a 3rd party it was not returnable so I reached out to iSpring customer care and asked if I could get the system repaired. Laurence from customer care quickly replied and asked for photos of the RO system issues which were provided. After Laurence reviewed the photos I was told a new RO800G was being sent to me as a replacement at no cost to me! This is far more than I expected as this was not iSprings fault but Laurence took care of me! Thank you so much!

Two or three years ago we had an iSpring water filter put in our water system to replace
a filter for which we could not find an O ring to replace the one that was no longer doing its job.
We were not left with any instructions as to replacing the filter or even the number of the item.
We could not find the replacement filter locally. We managed to find the iSping company online and emailed for help. We emailed around 5 pm and did not expect to hear until the next day. However, we received an email within a couple of hours with a support ticket number.
The very next morning Francis emailed the model number of our unit and the part number for the mesh filter replacement.
The system had been working ok—we had no idea because we didn’t have a manual that the mesh filter may need replacement every 2 or 3 years.

The best money I have ever spent. My whole family uses this and I buy zero plastic bottles that just go to the land fill. We have have refillable bottles that go with us to work and school.
