I had a problem registering my warranty, Julius assisted me and very quickly resolved it. He registered my warranty and provided me with a confirmation. All was done very quickly

John was very helpful and knowledgeable with our 6 stage system. He immediately knew what we needed from few questions he asked. Thank you very much John we received the new tank and all is working perfectly, thanks you you.🤗

The RO system is the right way to go, especially when the quality of water supply is in question (such as ours using well water). I like the product and can taste the different clearly. The biggest shortcoming is: it does not specify that the filtered water dispenser is NOT included in the product. As a result, my plumber's installation was delayed (to order the dispenser for overnight arrival) and an extra cost of $100 was incurred. A minor shortcoming is: to get the warranty extended to 3 years requires a bit extra work that seems totally unnecessary. If the company can improves on these, it would then deserve a 5-star!

Robert was fantastic! We had a small issue with an older unit in our house. He was incredibly helpful and made sure that the issue was addressed extremely quickly and without cost to us. Thanks Robert!!!

Recently purchased RO600BN, installation by Contractor was pretty straightforward. The included facet did not fit our stone counter hole so we purchased one that did from another vendor. Satisfied with the system so far. Water flow is good or better than some other brands. Robert, the customer service agent was very responsive for handling our warranty registration.

Excellent product and even better support. I had some issues (turned out to be my mistake), but Julius kept troubleshooting and sending me replacement parts until all was resolved.

We have bought Water filters from other brands and so far ISpring is the best one. Julius, who helped us registered for the warranty is very efficient. We would recommend ISpring to our friends and families.

Worked with John to replace a filter that was reducing water pressure. This was covered under warranty and John was able to ship me a replacement in a few days. Great products and great support. Side note, this company was also recommended by my plumber.

Laurence helped work on issues with quick response

We put a reverse osmosis purification system in our new summer home and had an issue with the faucet leaking. The construction of the house took so long we didn't start using the unit until well after we purchased it but the company honored the warranty and the customer service we received from Francis was excellent. We received a brand new faucet and it is performing as expected and looks great!!

Quality products and excellent service. Customer Rep Sean was particularly helpful.

Excellent after sale service. The tank valve was missing from our purchase. Johnathan was very friendly and helpful by quickly shipping the missing part.

The RCC7AK filter is an excellent water filter. Installation was not difficult at all. The company has posted multiple videos on YouTube for installation and filter replacement. Very easy to do it yourself. The filter comes with additional O-rings and tools to help you replace the filters and tubes should you need them. I also bought a set of replacement filters for a year.

They give free extended warranty. That was much appreciated. The filter looks really sturdy. It should function for a long time. While registering for the extended warranty I was happy to see Julius respond late at night on a weekend. Great commitment to customer service.

John in support was very helpful in identifying the issuer with my Ispring auto flush module and readily sent me the replacement item needed

IT worked, Johnathon was correct and had good advice.

I called the number included with my new whole house water filter and spoke to Johnathan, who was able to immediately answer my question and explain the answer in detail. I was nicely surprised to not have the call answered by a computer or have to press any extra numbers for my question. I have never left a review before, and likely will never again, but this immediate, knowledgeable service was surely deserving of notice and praise.

Works great. Lowered my PMM to 42!

Jonathan was very helpful with helping us get the correct color faucet to put in our new build.
