I purchased the iSpring filtration system for my well water and had it professionally installed by a plumber. Within a few months, I noticed that the sediment was causing the filter to clog.

I contacted customer service and spoke with John, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained that the system offers different micron-rated filters and recommended switching to a higher micron filter for my particular situation.

The system has been working great ever since! I truly appreciate John taking the time to walk me through how to change the filter and explain the issue. His guidance put my mind at ease and made the process very simple.

Outstanding service from Jonathan! I needed a replacement valve extension for my T20M tank, and the entire process was quick and completely hassle-free.

I called in for an issue with my water system. I spoke with Jonathan, who immediately addressed and solved my problem. Excellent service!

Jonathan helped me register the warranty on my replacement RO system RCC7. System was easy to install & came with extra parts just in case.

I ordered an whole house iSpring filtration system, F3WGB32BKS, WSP50SL, and AHPF12MNPT12X2.
Was impressed with the easy of installation and the quality of the items. Totally would recommend iSpring products for any level of water filtration and conditioning. Great customer service from John and Robert, they were very prompt with applying and registering the extended 3 year warranty.

Jonathan emailed almost immediately after I submit my request for the extended 3 year warranty to request proof of purchase. I sent the requested receipt and received a very prompt letting know me know the system had been registered for the extended warranty. It was a very smooth and simple process.

My first stage filter housing cracked and caused a massive water leak in my kitchen. I contacted support and Laurence was super helpful. He hooked me up with a new housing and a pressure regulator for the unit. He was very kind and responsive. I very much appreciate his help with this issue! I love this system too. Love having good clean water to drink in our kitchen

So far so good...we are new owners of an ISpring water softener. It was installed without a problem by our handyman, and it seems to be softening our water. Robert was very helpful in getting us a 3-year warranty that was being offered at no cost to us.

I had a few questions regarding installation of a PH100 RO system. Laurence did a great job answering my questions. He also sent me some spare parts when I informed him I encountered a faulty fitting. Great service and great filtered water! I should have purchased this system years ago.

Had a faulty unit, it was workinggreat at first but could just be an odd one out, but under warranty so I contacted iSpring right away. John was extremely helpful and communication was easy, explained what happened and they are sending me a new one right away. Would highly recommend their products and specially great customer service!!

I tried to use the online warranty registration form. It did not work. Kicked me out for an incorrect name and email address. 🤔 I emailed the information to y'all and I was registered and notified in minutes. I really mean single digit count of minutes. I have a two filter whole house system installed about 4 years ago. One of the canister housing had a pin hole causing water to drip and I contacted Ispring to purchase a replacement housing. John was very helpful and asked me about the leak to find the cause. After determining the problem, John offered to send me 2 replacement canisters and O rings free of charge. I have used Ispring products over the years for my home and my business. I have also recommended their products to friends and family because my personal experience has proven their products are of best quality.

I did not expect these replacement parts to be free of charge... The system performed amazingly in the 4 years have used it and earned its worth. The part arrived quickly and i was able to replace it within quick time.

Thank you John for the kind gesture to replace these for free. This was above expectations and speaks to the quality of your products and the backing behind it.

John is a professional individual. I had a problem with Ispring. I called the general line, and no one pick up. I later left a voicemail for John. He immediately contacted me. He helped me with the process, and my product is on its way. I feel happy.
