John is a professional individual. I had a problem with Ispring. I called the general line, and no one pick up. I later left a voicemail for John. He immediately contacted me. He helped me with the process, and my product is on its way. I feel happy.

Calling on behalf of one of our homeowners, connecting with Sean was super easy! After submitting photos and homeowners address, he confirmed replacement parts were being shipped that day! Took a matter of 2 days to get parts shipped after first connecting with Sean. Homeowner is extremely pleased!

Laurence is a great customer rep. Solved my problem quickly.

John was super helpful in getting me some replacement parts. Unlike other companies, iSpring goes a step further. I used to have a GE reverse osmosis system and they wouldn't sell me replacement parts. Not only did John get me replacement parts, he did so without at question. Five stars!!!

I needed a replacement membrane to my iSpring RCC7AK system that I bought on Amazon a month ago. I contacted iSpring customer service. Francis was my agent. He was great. He confirmed my purchase and warranty. He sent the replacements needed to fix the problem. My system works great now and I am a happy customer. Great company.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to the best customer service representative at ISpring, Laurence, for the exceptional service he provided when I had an unexpected problem with one of my filters on my whole house filter (WGB32BM). He and I worked through the problem I had and came up with a solution that 1) took care of immediate problem and 2) went thru steps that included changing out my filters a little more often since my well is new.
I love my whole house filter. The filters are quick and easily changed out and my water is drinkable again.
Thanks again to Laurence for all his help in solving my problem.

I purchased an ISpring water softener system and when I opened the box I noticed that the control head was broken. I called the number on the box and got a hold of Jonathan. He immediately let me know that he was going to take care of it. He did. Two and a half days later I had a brand new control head. Jonathon was excellent and extremely helpful. Because of his efforts I was able to get my system installed right after I received the new controller. Very happy with his customer service.

Ispring whole house water system is everything they said it was.

I called ispring water systems and I spoke to John. He was extremely helpful and was able to diagnosis the problem with my unit in no time and had the parts shipped out the same day. Excellent customer service and as long as I get the parts in a reasonable time frame I will continue being a big supporter of this company. I have recommended and installed this unit for several of my clients but this particular problem was for my own home and now I feel comfortable diagnosing this problem for any of my clients. giving a 1 star due to no one from the company responding to any emails or calling us back about them sending us the wrong auto-flush module that doesn't fit.

Jonathan's response to my inquiry was prompt considering the amount of information I relayed to him over the course of a couple of days.
