Very disappointing support from Cookiebot.
We are dealing with a critical Google EU User Consent Policy issue (cookies being set before consent), which puts our tracking and advertising at risk.
We submitted 2 support cases and contacted the chatbot multiple times, but received no response.
This is urgent and has real business impact.
Its not normal that a company where u pay 120 euro a month does not respond on your cases or wants to help you.
Not suggestable.

Cookiebot **doubled their pricing** and we have not received advance notice. Their support was not willing to help with the case and simply pointed to an FAQ about a price change. We are now charged over 400 USD a year or about 1 USD **per consent** on our website. Really absurd.

It was fairly user-friendly. I think you should define what you mean by "vendors", and what the purpose of showing vendors is. In response to your email of 3/24/26, I was able to get an answer from Chat GPT. Previous to that, I had a chat with your Cookiebot AI, after getting stuck on a subsequent page of the sign-up process. It suggested I close this account, and start over. I tried yesterday to do that, but I did not get a code from Trust Pilot, and I tried twice. I am now going to try again.
