I was misled
I placed my order on 8 June. I believed I was ordering from a New Zealand company. Their name showed as Japebo.NZ.
However, it turns out the company is in Denmark and I did not receive my order until 7 July. Between ordering the product and receiving it, I received one email from the company asking me if I was ready to re-order the product and a separate email asking me to rate the product and service. I found that irritating. I felt misled. I was also annoyed that the company blamed the local New Zealand postal service for the delay.
The product itself was fine. Exactly what I wanted and at a good price.

We have checked the order details, and the shipping address was printed exactly as it was entered when the order was placed. Unfortunately, the address we received did not include a full street name, which appears to have caused problems with the final delivery.
We do not manually change customer addresses, so it is very important that the full and correct delivery address is entered at checkout.
That said, we understand how frustrating this must have been, and we are sorry for the inconvenience and delay.

Expensive Slow No Refund Possible
Ordered some domes at four times local cost as I needed them while in NZ for a two week stay . I didn't notice that there's no mention of shipping times. The nz suffix (I see they have all different countries now) gave me to believe it was local. After 19 days I kept emailing them. They asked me to wait. Eventually I left as scheduled from NZ. After 20 days no sign of it having left Scandinavia where they are based.
They refused a refund saying I had to wait for it to arrive and then return it.... To Norway! . I couldn't.
It arrived on day 28 so a chargeback isn't possible as Mastercard rules state up to 30 days when no delivery time is given.
Very expensive

Don't buy unless you're sure

According to the tracking, the parcel has now been delivered to the shipping address provided. We have reached out to you directly to confirm the address and to explain that if the parcel is returned to us, we will of course refund the purchase price.
