Unfortunately, once the parcel has been handed over to the local carrier, the final delivery handling is outside of our direct control. Unfortunately, deliveries over the Christmas period were delayed due to public holidays, which meant the review requests were sent at a time when we would normally expect the order to have arrived, even though your parcel was delivered later than usual. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you are happy with the products now that they have arrived.
