Attenti sono dei ladri
Consiglio a tutti e lo grido a sguarciagola che sono dei ladri ho inviato l articolo indietro che era un adattatore TV bernafon in quanto non funzionava bene si scollegava sempre. Il 10 giugno invio il prodotto indietro seguendo le Loro indicazioni. Spedisco con poste italiane arriva da loro e non ho ricevuto il rimborso. Per giorno ho aspettato che il rimborso fosse visibile sul mio conto PayPal e non c'è nulla. Scrivo una recensione negativa e mi scrivono che il rimborso è stato effettuato. Bugia bugia bugia. PayPal apre una contestazione ad oggi non c'è nessuna risposta da parte loro. Dopo la recensione negativa mi scrivono di modificare la mia recensione perché avevano fatto il rimborso altra bugia. Ladri ridatemi i miei 379€ . Procederò per via legale.

Ci dispiace sinceramente per questa situazione e comprendiamo pienamente la sua rabbia.
Abbiamo effettivamente tentato di elaborare il rimborso, ma purtroppo la transazione non è stata completata a causa di un problema temporaneo con il nostro conto PayPal. Stiamo risolvendo la questione con la massima urgenza affinché l’intero importo di 379 € venga rimborsato il prima possibile.
Ci scusiamo profondamente per il ritardo, per le informazioni poco chiare ricevute e per il disagio causato. La contatteremo direttamente non appena il rimborso sarà stato completato.

The product was great. The delivery time was good. The customer service about returning text was awful. Waited until I received. my package to answer my text.

PerfectDry Lux which came with power plug with rounded enda
I ordered the PerfectDry Lux for my hearing aids. When I opened the package I noticed the plug had rounded ends. REALLY. Last time I looked American houses with 110 outlets are not round. I had an old Android charging plug with same specs for input and output power. Most of the new plug chargers will burn a unit up due to the power input being double or triple what this PerfectDry unit can take.
The unit seems to be working fine at moment. However I will be going elsewhere to purchase items for my hearing. I do not waste my time with return's and chalk bad purchases up to experience. In today's world this message will go to AI the person that owns the business will know nothing about the item being sold with plugs with round ends on a unit that cost 100 dollars.

In the meantime, please only use a charger/power adapter that matches the required specifications for the unit.

I didn't realize the product would be shipped from Denmark. Nevertheless it arrived here in the US promptly. I noticed the address on the package did not include the state name but it got here anyway since the post code was included. A complete US address includes both state and post code.

The product is good, shipping too lengthy
The product is good. But my biggest drawback is that this charger shipped from Denmark in Europe. I have nothing against Denmark but I was hoping to have it within a few days to use in an out of town, out of country travel. It came way too late for that. If I had known then I would have shopped elsewhere.
