I had a great experience overall. Kyle was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to my questions. He kept me updated throughout the process and was helpful whenever I needed clarification. Although there were some delays during the transaction, Kyle did his best to keep everything moving and communicated well. I’m very happy with my new home and would happily recommend Kyle to others.

I had an excellent experience working with Kyle throughout the sale of my apartment. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving.

Kyle was always quick to reply to my emails or WA messages, and to return a call if I got his ansafone. He was extremely helpful, and was patient when things got slowed down, and he always put forward suggestions to get things moving. I always knew that he would listen to me, take the time to understand the issue and then do all he could to help move things forward. He greeted me with a hearty welcome, and was so helpful with my hand luggage up the stairs, with no hesitation.
He took his time on the viewing, which he facilitated at such.short notice. No question was or still is, too much for James, before and after the visit. He is meticulous and efficient in putting things in place for the tenants, and a great mediator between tenants, landlords and other teams at hand, e.g the referencing department.

We a great experience working with Emma. She secured a sale quickly and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. When a legal issue with the land registry threatened to delay things, she remained calm and worked closely with us and the buyer to ensure everything completed on time—avoiding any extra stamp duty in the process. Friendly, proactive, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The way you responded to my review shows your incompetence. Sarah Cottor is a name provided by Trustpilot, nothing I chose myself. Unfortunately, the issues raised have not been resolved by J Brown. All you decided to do was to defend yourselves without ANY consideration for your customers. You chose your own gain over our situation and showed absolutely zero interest in helping us. Again, I can only warn anyone deciding to sell their house or to let it out to NOT go with your services. Trustpilot and you can verify all statements
