Karen Potter estate agents provided an excellent service. The photos that they took were superb. Jemma was so efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. She left nothing to chance and kept me fully informed. She kept on top of everything and everyone.

Jemma was a delight to work with as were her other colleagues but we mostly dealt with her. She was tenacious and kept the momentum going for our purchase. She kept us well informed. Thank you.

The whole team has been involved in the sale of my house, which took almost exactly a year to the day. But Jemma has been above and beyond outstanding. From day one I absolutely felt that she was fully on my team and would do everything she could until my house was sold. Katie at Karen Potter was a blessing in disguise. After a very stressful first time purchase and sale for the seller we couldn’t have done it without Katie.

Jemma has been very professional in her approach to advertising and finding potential buyers for my property.
She has a sunny disposition and is always polite and respectful in all communications with myself. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and any queries have been answered quickly and efficiently.
The process of selling my property has taken a long time, nine months in total from when the current purchaser put in the offer and it was accepted.
A technical issue held up the sale until a legal solution was found.
During this time Jemma showed patience and perseverance which was a difficult and stressful time for myself.
I was very happy when completion day arrived and the buyers were able to collect the keys.
