Martin was super patience and very knowledgeable when explaining even for the silliest questions I had, and helped me make the right decision for my mortgage. I felt I was truly supported and I had more confidence in what I was doing.
Always very responsive with calls and emails, and helpful even when I stumbled across some certificates issues which didn't even relate to them.

When I bought the flat in 2015 Martin provided me with an amazing service. He went the extra mile providing an incredible customer service, patiently explaining the processes and keeping me updated along the way.
When I started the procedure to sell my flat in 2024 I approached Martin to ask him some guidance although he couldn’t take any part in the sale process. Again, he replied to every email incredibly fast helping me out providing me very useful tips.
