Martin has been very helpful and efficient! I am a first time buyer, not very experience with choosing the right mortgage, however Martin has options and advise choosing the right mortgage for you, especially first time buyer. I highly recommended.

This was my first experience of buying an apartment in London, and it was a relief to meet Martin Fairchild who is friendly, knowledgeable and a top notch professional. And that’s aside from the fact his deals seemed pretty unbeatable. Even though my mortgage being small probably meant a very low commission for him he was always there when I needed his help – which was often and I believe he did a lot of work behind the scenes on my behalf eg with the local council when I shared I was to be evicted from my current tenancy – something which goes well beyond the call of duty. Well I am now on the final straight for my own matter but its very nice to know there is someone you can trust in this housing market.
