J'ai reçu le colis rapidement mais... j'ai reçu 2 paires de chaussettes que je n'ai pas commandées, et je n'ai pas reçu les 5 paires que j'ai acheté. Très étonnant pour une première commande, et très déçue sachant que 2 des paires que j'ai commandées étaient pour offrir !! On ne m'avais jamais fait ça
Update : ils m'ont finalement envoyé les bonnes chaussettes plus tard, mais sachant que je dois racheter les 2 paires de chaussettes qui étaient pour offrir et les faire livrer ailleurs, j'aurais aimé un geste commercial (un code promo de livraison gratuite) mais j'ai bien l'impression que le service client s'en f0ut un peu. Dommage qu'ils ne soient pas plus à l'écoute

Als langjährige Kundin bin ich umso mehr enttäuscht. Ich habe am 30.10 (!!!) ein T-shirt zurück gesendet (das mir zu groß war) und im gleichen Step 2 neue bestellt. Die Rücksendung musste ich selbst bezahlen (6,99€), habe also eh schon drauf gezahlt. Bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten. Auf Nachfrage beim Support wurde ich abgewimmelt und habe keine weiteren Informationen bekommen.

Calcetines cada vez de peor calidad y baratos no son.
El pedido quince días en llegar cuando supuestamente en 24-48 están.
No vuelvo a comprar nada y menos recomendaros.

I ordered two mystery boxes, turns out they just put the same socks in every mystery box, and they put the ugliest socks in the store, this is quite a scam.

El pedido me tardó 10 días más de lo acordado. Escribí a atención al cliente preguntando qué había pasado y ni me han contestado. Pésimo customer service

I placed an order with Jimmy Lion on July 9th, expecting it to arrive within the promised 4–7 business days. It's now been nearly two weeks, and not only did I not receive the product, but the shipping process was a complete mess. I received no tracking number until after I contacted them, and then, to my shock, FedEx confirmed that the package was sent to the wrong city altogether.

When I reached out to customer support, I was told there’s nothing they can do about the shipping address and that it’s on me to figure out how to receive the package from the wrong location. To make matters worse, there was zero proactive communication from their side. I only found out that there was a mistake after I had already noticed the issue myself.

I’ve requested a refund due to this error, but the lack of accountability or support leaves me wondering if this company even cares about its customers. As someone who ordered from a brand with great promise, I feel completely let down by their poor service and complete disregard for the customer experience.

I’ve ordered from them multiple times, my first order was a year and a half ago, and I’m still enjoying the socks I got back then. They’re super durable with funky designs. Life’s too short for boring socks 🪩

First they said my first order was lost by the courier even the courier tracking saying they were waiting to receive the order. They then refunded my order without me asking for a refund instead of just resending it. I placed another order which again sat in the same tracking status of "awaiting consignment" for multiple days. Their customer service strung me along for almost two weeks and eventually stopped replying completely. I eventually just told them to refund my order because I was getting nowhere. Shame theyre so incompetent the designs are actually pretty sick.

Pésima atención al cliente y gestión si tienes un problema con los artículos que has pedido. Básicamente no te solucionan nada y o te quedas con el artículo dañado o pagas la devolución.

I bought a pair of socks from this company in Madrid on vacation. I don’t have an order number or receipt bec i was on vacation and who keeps track of that stuff; it was a one off passed by store and grabbed a few pairs. Also they said based out of nyc so i was like okay cool I live there if there’s an issue. I washed these socks one time. There are 4 visible holes. Poor quality. Cheap. Overpriced. terrible customer service. Continue to demand that I have an order number. It’s like listen I was on vacation I don’t have a receipt or an order number! What do you think I stole these socks! How about if they were a gift?! You’d expect me to ask for a receipt? No what I’d do is tell the person gifted to me these are crap refrain from buying in the future. If this was a company with any sort of class they’d offer a replacement immediately.

Schlechte Passform und noch schlechtere Qualität.
Socken reißen beim Anziehen ein.
Viel zu teuer.
Habe wegen der tollen Designs dreimal bestellt und dreimal schrottige Socken bekommen.
Sehr schade.

Ho effettuato un ordine poi ho letto le recensioni negative e mi è venuta un po di ansia, invece tutto perfetto, in tre gg ho ricevuto i calzini e in più sono stata costantemente aggiornata sullo stato della spedizione da loro, da gls e da paypal. Calzini bellissimi di qualità. 5 stelle

After buying a pair of socks in Spain I ordered another two pairs of socks to be delivered to the UK. The socks are very high quality and they have some great designs. Shipping was smooth (ordered Friday and delivered Wednesday). Make sure your order is below the threshold for import duty unless you are happy to pay the extra tax.

Realicé un pedido que un mes después todavia no habia llegado. Me puse en contacto con ellos varias veces y no obtuve respuesta.
Tuve que poner una reclamacion a traves de PayPal para que se dignasen a responder a alguno de mis mail.

Quiza fue una experiencia puntual, pero no volveré a comprar a través de la web.

Très surprise des avis négatifs. J'ai passé 2 commandes en décembre dernier et je viens d'en faire une 3e!

Servizio clienti inesistente, inviano indirizzi sbagliati al corriere cui si affidano (GLS) e si creano problemi con la consegna.
Fortunatamente il servizio clienti di GLS risponde velocemente (con modulo via chat) e sono riuscita a ricevere il mio pacco, ma il tutto è gestito talmente male che è stata la prima e ultima volta che acquisto da questo sito.
Per chi ha problemi, contattate GLS e vi aiuteranno, sicuramente non lo farà Jimmy Lion.

Non ho ancora ricevuto il mio ordine perché il corriere, non avendomi trovata in casa, ha dato indicazioni di contattare il mittente per riprogrammare la consegna; il mittente risulta incontattabile, ho compilato due volte il modulo online e ho scritto una mail ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta.

A fuir ! commande effectuée le 4 décembre. Débitée de mon compte 2 jours après. non livrée depuis 1 mois en point relai. plusieurs relances aucune solution ! je demande le remboursement car cadeau de noël après le 25 décembre aucun intérêt ! aucun réponse du service après vente ! je ne sais plus comment faire…
