I am having trouble adding a second cardâŠ
I am having trouble adding a second debit card to my profile. In the past I used to have two cards on my profile. However, a few weeks ago the JN Money Online system went down, and when it returned active, I needed to update my debit cards. Only one card was accepted at the time and Iâve been trying since to add the second debit card but it kept erroring out.
Additionally, I have downloaded the JN Money App from the Apple Store. Completed my profile, verification completed but I am having trouble getting the system to accept the addition of at least one debit card to be used as payment method.
I sent a request for assistance and still waiting for help. Thanks

The website needs improvement. Whilst this is a convenient way of sending money from US to Jamaica, the website is oftentimes down/inoperable. I find this to be inconvenient. There are also times when account transfer takes longer than stipulated.

Although Iâve had some bad experiences, Iâve found the staff here in the UK and in Jamaica willing to do whatâs necessary to resolve my problems as expeditiously as possible.
