The website needs improvement. Whilst this is a convenient way of sending money from US to Jamaica, the website is oftentimes down/inoperable. I find this to be inconvenient. There are also times when account transfer takes longer than stipulated.

Although Iâve had some bad experiences, Iâve found the staff here in the UK and in Jamaica willing to do whatâs necessary to resolve my problems as expeditiously as possible. I have also found that the people working on the frontline are extremely professional, courteous, helpful and empathetic. The money was withheld on the day it was send and released the following day but JN Money didn't let sender or recipient know they withheld the cash, This is a BIG issue and they didn't give a reason, in most cases people have to travel miles to collect the money from the agent, having to make 2 trips at a cost, JN MONEY is ok for paying your bills but if you have to send money urgently to your family I would suggest using another service just incase they withheld your cash and induce another disappointment for you and your recipient. A company that provides such an important service should not take customers for granted.
