The site does not work. For days on end I cant get through. Ill have to reconsider Western Union now.

Website has been down for several days. Unable to process any transactions. Also, unable to add debit card. Please advise when site will be functional again.

Do not use/Avoid at all cost
Lately has become rubbish sending is constantly awaiting disbursement then have to send id for funds to be released at some point the next day if you are lucky disgustingly distressing contrary to explanation I have been am being verified every transfer since December nothing to do with safety I'm a customer how is it keeping me safe preposterous

Advertising it’s easy to send money to bank account …
Advertising it’s easy to send money straight to an individual account in Jamaica but did not explain that the person would need to sign an authorisation form . It would be good to know this before so we can decide whether is the is best option or even to inform the receiver of this process

Easy and convenient
I’ve always used JN money transfer to send funds to anyone in Jamaica. It’s very convenient and easy to use and the money goes directly to the receiver’s card which I love, no long lines and plenty questions to answer to collect your funds, they just go to the ATM and withdraw their funds. Very convenient.

I don’t like that $3500 is the monthly…
I don’t like that $3500 is the monthly limit. Also, the fees are too expensive with all the money transfer options available. There needs to be a reward program.
