Made a mistake on my monthly payments, then penalise me even though the error was made on their side by their insurance finance company. Have no care about their customers as long they are paid and they will confirm things and then act like they have never said that. Cheap rates but rubbish customer care and service.

Look elsewhere if you drive anything above 2 litres
So I decided to do the test drive with Rooster to hopefully find a good quote but my active policy was almost up, so I decided to contact someone from Rooster to see if I could get my quote early. The response I got from them was
âSadly it looks like we would be unable to offer coverage on this occasion, sadly the underwriters have rejected based on the vehicleâ.
Bear in mind the vehicle was a BMW 3 Series that has a 2-litre engine.
So the moral of the story is if you drive anything above 2 litres at 20 please donât waste your time doing roosters test drive, Look elsewhere.
