First and last time purchasing on Jolicloset

Talked to a seller a few times before purchasing a bag, they agreed to my offer - I purchased the item then two days later the order has been cancelled due to "Item being unavailable"

Do not recommend this website, first and last time purchasing there.

Joli Closet is a marketplace, and in this case the seller informed us that the item had unfortunately been purchased at almost the same time on another platform. As a result, they were no longer able to provide it for your order.

This type of situation is very rare, and the seller concerned has a good track record with us. However, we fully understand that this does not make the experience any less disappointing when it happens after an offer has been accepted.

As soon as we were informed that the item was unavailable, the order was cancelled and the payment was refunded.

Ho scelto di acquistare su joli perché mi hanno riferito autenticità e serietà, per me era la prima volta su un sito non italiano , e devo dire che sono rimasta PIENAMENTE SODDISFATTA. Ho ricevuto risposte su qualsiasi dubbio , ho trovato personale affidabile e preparato . Il prodotto AUTENTICO. Sicuramente ricomprerò da questo sito ! Servizio di consegna top !

TrÚs bon site mais prix élevé

TrÚs bon site offrant pleins d'articles luxe de seconde main. L'article que j'ai acheté coûtait plus cher que le prix boutique et il n'y avait pas possibilité de négocier le prix à la baisse. Je n'ai pas bénéficié du code promo pour la 1Úre commande placé.

Excellent quality item

Excellent quality item, easy process to buy, delivery tracking was easy to follow.
They have a good range of high quality fashion, suitably priced, and available at the right time as Joli Closet caters for Europe in northern hemisphere and I'm in Australia in the Southern hemisphere giving appropriately timed seasonal choices.

Great experience and room for improvement!

I was actually very pleasantly surprised with my experience on this app. The offers went through very fast and so did the order, really great pieces in amazing shape. The only issue I had was when an offer was accepted by the seller but the price on the check out wouldn’t update but I eventually found a way around it by accessing the offer through the website.

Another issue was not being able to choose which courier service would deliver your package.

Otherwise really great experience! Thank you!

Unseriös

Ich habe zum ersten Mal hier gekauft und bin in höchstem Maße enttÀuscht.

AUFTRAGSEINGANG 20260404-88794

Erstanden habe ich ÃŒber die Website zwei Chanel Turnlocks als „Neu“ und original deklarierte Artikel JC2996365 & Artikel JC2971719

Ob die Artikel wirklich original sind, lÀsst sich fÌr mich nicht eindeutig sagen. Aber das Material sieht billig aus.

Desweiteren fehlen die Schrauben, zumindest teilweise. Angeblich neu aber unvollstÀndig? Per se schon schwierig. Und angeblich neu aber die eine verbleibende Schraube an dem einen der beiden Turnlocks lÀsst sich nicht einmal mehr lösen, sondern ist defekt.

Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice gab es keine RÃŒckmeldung.

FÌr mich ist das ein unseriöses Verhalten einer solchen Plattform.
