The customer service and management of consignment items appear to be non-existent.

I’ve been trying to negotiate a price for a consignment item since October 10th (so nearly a month now), sending multiple emails and receiving only one response regarding the shipping information.

This level of communication is unprofessional and makes it hard to trust the company with placing any order.

Tudo uma farsa, não caiam, depois que conclui a tarefa de 40, fazem o seu pagamento e depois te pedem para depositar 100 euros para continuar.

To be completely clear: JoliCloset will never ask anyone to make a deposit, pay a fee, or transfer money to “continue” a process or receive a payment. We do not run any “task” programs.

Had a very positive experience

Had a very positive experience. The dress came in perfect condition. The order, email updates and delivery were smooth and fast. The only issue is that the dress smells with some weird perfume but I guess this is fixable with some fresh air :)

Don’t buy from them

I ordered from Jolicloset for the first time — it was supposed to be a special gift for my friend in France. Instead, it became a nightmare.

For over 10 days, I’ve tried everything: messages on their website, emails to contact at jolicloset.com, even phone calls. No reply at all. My shipment, nearly €5,000, is still stuck in transit.

They don’t respond, don’t care, and offer zero support. Truly the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Do not buy from them!!!

Closing account after reading the review on trustpilot

Good morning, this time they fought, I sold a pair of sandals shipped and regularly notarised, in the following days I should have received the payment being a private seller, but in spite of all the rules of international trade and also the rules written on their site they sent me back the shoes saying that the buyer had changed his mind which is absolutely not possible given the rules written on the site and the rules of international trade. Obviously I did not accept the return delivery shipment and I sent the shoes back to their address. At the moment I have already written 15 e-mails to request payment, but I have never received an answer except one where they tell me that the shoes have been sent back to me no one knows for what reason if it does not improve the assistance service, this site has no way of existing and I point out that I have been selling on this site for many years. I'm waiting to be paid. Now they read my review on Pasta and they closed my account, this is the level of seriousness of this site. Absolutely avoid. . The buyer purchased the item because they knew I was a private seller and had no right to return it. Now they're trying to justify this terrible situation, specifically by saying they don't want to pay me for the sale and have held onto my shoes with the intention of keeping them for themselves. You should consider whether you can buy from a site like this. In addition, I am waiting for news of items that according to them would be lost during previous shipments, I asked to see the complaints made to dear and they were never shown to me in a few words if you send an object they can safely tell you that they have not received anything and the thing will not have followed and you will lose the items and you will never have an answer to your Complaint e-mails.

Fue mi primera compra en Joli Closet y la verdad, ¡todo genial! Encontré una prenda que me encantó, le hice una pregunta al vendedor en los comentarios y me respondió súper rápido, el mismo día. Eso me dio mucha confianza.

Después de la compra, el vendedor envía el artículo a Joli Closet para que lo revisen, y luego ellos me lo mandaron a casa. Llegó en perfecto estado, tal como en la descripción, bien empaquetado y auténtico.

Elegí el envío exprés y todo llegó rápido y sin problemas. Estoy muy contenta con mi experiencia, seguro que vuelvo a comprar

Very nice

Je vends et j’achÚte sur plusieurs plateformes, mais pour tout ce qui est HermÚs, Chanel ou Vuitton, je passe maintenant toujours par Joli Closet. Le contrÃŽle est rapide, et si on décrit bien l’article avec les défauts en photo, ça se passe trÚs bien.

Une fois, j’ai remarqué une tache sur une veste juste au moment de l’emballer. J’ai envoyé des photos à Joli Closet, ils ont vérifié avec l’acheteuse, et au final ils ont trouvé un accord pour un passage au pressing. Tout s’est bien passé.

Même chose quand j’ai acheté un carré HermÚs : pendant le contrÃŽle, ils ont vu quelques taches, m’ont envoyé des photos et ont négocié une petite réduction avec la vendeuse.

Toutes mes autres ventes et achats se sont super bien passés aussi.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a Chanel bag from Joli Closet! Once I placed the order, the seller sent the bag to Joli Closet for authentication and quality control. When the bag arrived it was exactly as described or even more beautiful! I highly recommend Joli Closet for anyone looking to buy preloved items with peace of mind.

Koop nooit bij hun, valse producten! 


Ik heb een armband gekocht van een bepaald merk, ik heb dit laten controleren door jolie closet zelf als het extra betaal service.
Ik krijg mijn bestelling en het is duidelijk een vals exemplaar.
Ik mail met hun en zij sturen de foto's door, en zegge idd dat de papieren een beetje beschadig zijn en dat de codering ook wat onduidelijk is maar dit is goedgekeurd.
Ik doe de test met de magneet en mijn armband hangt aan de magneet.
Ik stuur ze foto en ze zegde je kan het terug sturen als je wilt.
Dus ik mail voor dit aan te vragen, helaas geen reactie van hun meer.
Verschillende mails maar geen reactie!
Koop nooit bij hun wees gewaarschuwd ik ben 1750€ kwijt.
