Après plusieurs achats sur joli closet, les prix sont raisonnables pour des articles de luxe de seconde main, très bonne communication, réponse dans la journée, je recommande vivement ce site

I buy and sell luxury items on Joli Closet.
The sold items pass through their conformity control. Some sellers are not fast to ship the items to Joli Closet, however once the items arrive to their facilities, the control is really fast. When I sell, they send emails, sms and call us to ship the item if it is not shipped 2 days after the sale. Never had any problem, I indicate all the flaws and show them in the pictures.
I often buy on Joli Closet, I am really happy with my purchases. My last order two weeks ago was a stunning 1998’s Chanel collector jacket. Received it in few days. I recommend this website

Ein bezahlter Artikel wurde nicht geliefert. Seit Monaten versuchen wir unser Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen. Erreicht man mal zufällig den Kundenservice, wird man mit Ausreden abgefertigt. Zahlung wurde bereits zugesagt, wird jedoch seit Wochen nicht durchgeführt. Die Angelegenheit wird nun einem Anwalt übergeben. Finger weg von Joli Closet!!!
Die bekannte Konkurrenz arbeitet professionell und kundenorientiert.

Ich habe Schuhe bestellt und die wurden nie geliefert. Habe es bereits bezahlt und warte über einen Monat auf Rückerstattung. Zudem ist der Service sehr schlecht. Keine Antwort auf meine Mails und telefonisch sind Sie schwierig zu erreichen. Einmal telefonisch erreicht und mir wurde versprochen, dass die Rückerstattung am gleichen Tag erfolgt! Nichts ist passiert. Jetzt muss ich einen Anwalt einschalten. Ich warne davor dort etwas zu kaufen!!!!

J'ai passé commande le 24/04/2024 commande reçue ce jour le 15/05/2024, malheureusement le vendeur n'avait pas dans son entrepôt le sac, le sac n'a été expédié que le 3/05/2024 à Joli Closet. Inquiète de ne pas avoir de nouvelles j'ai contacté de service client et ils ont été adorables avec moi. Dès qu'ils ont reçu le sac, ils ont fait au plus vite pour l'authentifier et le controlé.
Je suis très satisfaite malgré le fait que ça été long pour réceptionner le colis.

I had a terrible first and definitely last experience with this shop. I ordered Chanel Overknees Boots from Joli Closet's website. It was extremely difficult to receive the item; I had to contact the shop frequently because they provided no shipping updates. After about a month, the item still hadn't arrived, and I began to question the legitimacy of this purchase. It was puzzling that the item was in Poland and had to be sent to them first. Despite my payment, Joli Closet seemed to do nothing to dispatch the item to my address. Weeks later, after daily email communication and intervention from my lawyer, the item arrived poorly packaged in a dirty, cheap cardboard box and wrapped in Joli Closet's own paper. Upon inspection, I found the boots to be in worse condition than described on the website and in Joli's email pictures. After taking them to an official Chanel store, it was confirmed that the boots were not genuine Chanel, particularly the shoe sole. Since then, Joli Closet has not responded to any emails, and I've had to engage a lawyer knowledgeable in EU law. Despite the need for professionalism and a proper resolution to this case, they have not responded. Alma has also attempted to contact them, but to no avail. This shop is not serious and is highly unprofessional. My advice: keep away from Joli Closet!

Lieferung und Abwicklung lief reibungslos. Jedoch habe ich starke Zweifel, dass mein erhaltenes Produkt (Chanel Ohrringe) original ist. Die Ohrringe laufen an, es fehlen schon jetzt 6 Steine und das bei einem Preis von über 500€ …. Der Kundenservice hat meine Nachricht ignoriert …. Bis heute keine Rückmeldung … einfach enttäuschend. Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Die Ohrringe sind so nicht tragbar.

UPDATE: nach meiner Bewertung wurde um Nennung der Bestellnummer etc. gebeten. Es passierte aber genau GAR NICHTS. Ich fühle mich betrogen und anscheinend bin ich da nicht die Einzige. Ich erwarte eine LÖSUNG. Ich möchte diese Ohrringe einfach nicht und mein Geld zurück. Die Qualität ist minderwertige. Sollte hier keine zeitnahe Lösung erfolgen, muss das wohl ein Anwalt regeln.

I acquired a HERMES bag with reference JC61638 on 08/24/2023. Regrettably, upon inspection today, I discovered a torn interior and adhesive residue inside, not depicted in the online images. I am disappointed, given your recommendation to scrutinize all pictures for satisfaction before purchasing, and my trust in you as a reseller influenced my decision.

Agréablement surprise du sérieux et de la rapidité …. Forcément on est jamais 100% serein d’acheter du luxe à distance. Mais là.. 5/5. Jai acheté un sac LV NOÉ monogramme authentique auprès d’un vendeur Pro Japonais le 15 décembre, (petite négociation avant)… expédition par le vendeur à Joli closet le jour de l’achat, réception rapide qlq jours plus tard par Joli Closet 18 décembre, et authentification + envoi postal dpd…. Tout ça le même jour ! Reçu chez moi le 19 dec. Quelle rapidité. Merci infiniment. Depuis , je ne cesse d’être branchée sur le site pour dénicher d’autres affaires. La possibilité de retour sous14 jours c’est top et ça rassure. :))

Deux ventes depuis septembre, et tout s'est bien passé. Moins d'articles disponibles, et moins d'acheteurs qui connaissent le site, mais j'ai davantage confiance. J'espère qu'ils vont restés professionnels.

J'ai commandé un carré Hermès vintage que je pensais ne plus jamais retrouver. Et je l'ai trouvé sur Joli Closet, j'ai fait une offre et elle a été acceptée. Le carré est arrivé via DHL en toute sécurité après être passé par le service qualité qui l'a validé. Je suis aux anges !

J’ai eu un litige sur le traitement d’un colis perdu avec Joli Closet. De colère j’ai écris un avis disant que je ne mettrai plus rien en vente sur leur site. Un an et demi plus tard j’ai décidé de leur redonner une chance et ai mis de nouveaux articles en vente. Comment vous dire qu’ils sont susceptibles et revanchards!!!
En effet suite au dépôt de mes nouveaux articles ils ont purement et simplement supprimé la totalité de mes articles en vente sans même me prévenir!!! Il faut savoir qu’il y en avait plus de 150!!! Surtout qu’entre temps j’ai vendu d’autres articles pour lesquels tout s’était bien passé mais ils ont décrété que ce n’était pas le cas en se basant seulement sur le litige d’il y a un et demi et pour lequel je n’ai jamais été remboursée!!
Par contre si je voulais tous les remettre en vente il fallait que je leur donne les références des articles! Bien sûr j’ai la référence de plus de 150 articles!!! Donc comme j’ai autre chose à faire que de refaire des photos et des descriptifs pendant des semaines je ne mettrai plus rien en vente sur leur site n’y n’achèterai quoi que ce soit!

Donc faites attention à ce que vous écrivez en avis car ils vont vous punir car il n’y a pas d’autre mot!!! Pour ma part j’en ai fini avec eux car pour une société qui cherche à faire du profit ils ont une mentalité d’enfants de maternelle!!! Hallucinant!!!

Please be aware of Joli Closet. I’ve experienced a terrible situation. They send a Chanel bag to me and the bag has never arrived! The courier delivered it at a wrong place. Did not even dropped it at a service point. I contacted Joli Closet to investigate this situation. They did NOTHING! They are just ignoring my emails. This is the WORST customer service ever! I have now lost a bag worth a lot of money. I have contacted the authorities for further investigation to Joli Closet. I hope they will not get away with this!!!!

Sono davvero molto contenta sia per la chiarezza del sito che per la qualità del prodotto, completamente in accordo con la descrizione fornita. Mi è anche piaciuta l'informativa (inviano mail step by step per informarti delle varie fasi del perfezionamento dell'ordine). L'oggetto è veramente al di sopra delle aspettative!! Consiglio!!
