Man bekommt zwar sofort das Geld zurück überwiesen aber es ist schon ärgerlich, dass die Ware nicht kommt.

At the beginning, I was a little reluctant to buy something through their website as I have read the recent negative feedbacks. However, as I couldn’t find this item somewhere else, I decided to go ahead and bought this LV handbag.
Four days later, I have already received the package (shipping from France to Switzerland). The LV bag is brand-new and therefore in perfect condition. Even the tag was still on the bag.

Very good experience. not the first time transaction. The negative feedbacks are mainly becuase people don't read the terms and conditions of the website or they dont check pictures of the item for sale. It's a platform where buyers and seller meet not a website with a warehouse.

Purchased a new Louis Vuitton. Stated new with all tags. Didn't receive any tags and the bag is defective. The handles are crooked and misshapen. They do not lay flat against the bag as they should. Looks terrible bulging out from the bag. Multiple emails. Recieved 1 email saying there is nothing wrong with the bag and I can't return it. BUYER BEWARE

I have purchased two items from the same seller through Joli Closet. First a coat, then a bracelet. Both paid immediately with Paypal. I've been waiting for the coat for weeks. In vain. In principle, there was never a reaction to questions. I then looked at the other items from the supplier that had already been sold and noticed that I was apparently not the only one who had been waiting in vain for their items. With the second purchase, however, the provider canceled the transaction very, very quickly (immediately) because the price was allegedly incorrect. I suspect this seller is offering items that he doesn't even own and is thus getting short-term interest-free credit until the transactions are canceled by Joli Closet again, or he only thinks after the sale that he doesn't like the price or he doesn't like the item wants to keep. Joli Closet is doing nothing about it. Doesn't even reply to my emails about this anymore. Bad, just bad.

the first time i have ordered something, because i couldnt find that LV bag anywhere anymore. And after i payed i received the bag a few days later. everything went great. the bag is in a perfect condition. thank to the authenticity control
