Top course and tutors, brilliant feedback
I have found the course super helpful, the feedback for homework is excellent and very detailed. It has developed my skills in English to a much improved level and I have only just started the course. I am very hopeful of achieving 9’s with all the extra help I am getting

In the FREE advertisement of your Zoom…
In the FREE advertisement of your Zoom meeting, I asked a question of exactly "How do you make the examiner like you enough to give you a 9" and I was removed from the group. No reason at all! Simply I was wondering how to convince the examiner that you know what your talking about. People were literally adding each others Snaps and didn't get removed? No idea honestly. Poor experience and the guy has a weak fuse.

Dear Ryan, I'm sorry you had this experience. I would point out that this was a free event, which we provide out of good will. We are required to remove people who abuse this good will and make immature and inappropriate comments, and in the heat of the moment, discretion may be less effective than speed.

Just so you and others know, you are correct I have not used your service and would not after your rude interaction. I simply gave my opinion in the chat during your free info session, and because you did not like what I said, or hit the nail on the head you cut me off the session - really petty and childish, so in my opinion, yes it's all about the money for you - there's nothing wrong with that, but don't try to make out that I got it wrong in relation to pricing - I didn't! You are the one that said it was £70 per week payment in advance for 3 months, not me....and if you sign up straight away you get a discount.
It is sad that you are so rude to potential customers just because they make a statement you don't like!!!
What I posted is not misleading - it's a fact....from the horses mouth!

Helped my son with his confidence in english, especially english literature. Which then led to him being more confident across all his gcse subjects. Constructive feedback on the tasks set and all round support for structuring his answers. Massively reduced his anxiety and would definitely use them again for our daughter if she needed more support
