Good product quality and range, delivery arrived when agreed

I have used just radiators a few times now, they are always a pleasure to deal with.
Always on time and good quality.
I had an issue with my last order, which they resolved straight away, no problem and no expense. 5 stars and I will continue to use them .

The show room at Tulketh brow was our first stop and the young lady that helped us choose the size and style of radiator was very helpful and the young man that sorted the transaction if the radiator was excellent too, the choice of radiators was second to none, unfortunately the radiator purchased was too heavy for our plumbers ti fit as the wall wouldn’t be strong enough, but the return to the factory/showroom at Leyland was first class, no hassle at all and the single vertical radiator in the same style was delivered that day we would definitely recommend this company and will buy from them in the future 😊

Got a large bespoke radiator which looks great now that it's finally mounted.
The radiator was delivered by a man in a van. The radiator weighs over 120kg and is 2.5m in length, but was not on a pallet, so the driver an myself had to lift it off the van, breaking through the insufficient packaging to get hold of something to grab hold of.
The brackets supplied with the radiator were not able to grip the radiator once mounted, and allowed it to dlip toward the floor.
The manufacturer claimed that these brackets were suitable, but vould provide no evidence of a radiator the same size as mine being mounted using them. I have spoken to other companies who say they will not use these brackets for exactly the above reasons. I had to source other brackets that would fit and could bear the load myself .

Ordered radiators and valves and they confirmed delivery the next day. Next day only valves were delivered and an email saying that the radiators will be available after a month. Money taken for entire order. No call to let me know, no asking if I still wanted valves without radiators. Crazy experience.

Fantastic radiator, looks brilliant. Came quickly and well packaged. Very happy with the price and quality.

Awful so far they delivered only one of our three ordered then said they would be back two days later and only delivered one more and we still haven’t heard when the third one is to be delivered very disappointed

I ordered a radiator which unfortunately arrived damaged and I contacted customer services. Not only did they respond within minutes, the replacement arrived within 48 hours. Exemplary costumer service.

Very honest and officiant company by mistake I have paid for the same radiator twice, company notified me straight away and refund it.

Quick, free delivery and competitive prices. However, I ordered a white radiator but received a textured white radiator (very different), so it was not what I expected! With only a two day window to check goods, I had to keep it.

Not happy with delivery service at all rubbish can not rely on delivery service especially when you book labour to work on the site and you ar expecting delivery on that day but did not even receive a single message saying that we can not deliver today you your self have to run and call to find out everything.

Ease of ordering from the website, speed of delivery and the friendliness of the driver on delivery

Ellie is a shining example of how a service and sales representative should work. Throughout our correspondence, which started with a live web chat and followed up by more than ten emails, Ellie consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, positivity and timely responses to meet my needs and expectations.
She was positive and proactive in getting me a price match on some items that I’d found cheaper elsewhere. (in line with the company statement that they won’t be beaten on price)

The Arroll Daisy cast iron radiator arrived a couple of days ago and it looks absolutely fantastic. It won’t be installed until we have a new hallway floor fitted but I can’t wait to see it in place.

Beautiful radiators at a very competitive price. I couldn’t find these radiators anywhere else as cheap, I saved about £600 on 3 radiators.
