Great customer services! Products great and arrived n time

Great customer service in selecting the correct radiator. I really should knock a star off for the confusing website though. It was extremely difficult to see what was in stock and what was on a lead time. But after a bit of 2 & fro with support it was ordered. Delivery was efficient and arrange by direct contact with us not just a mail saying "we will deliver on Tuesday" (you can hang around and wait in all day job) It wasnt by far the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for.

Amazing service. JAX, who dealt with my query from start to finish was so patient and helpful.
My hot water tap filters are not made anymore. This company went to the trouble of going to the manufacturers to source replacement filters and are sending the new adaptor to fit them. They have also given me instructions on how to swap them over. Their communication is excellent and they are very quick to respond. I would recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use again

After being let down by multiple merchants we spoke with Jax and within 24hrs we had all our radiators quoted and ordered. The pricing was extremely competitive but the customer service was perfect for my business and I will make sure our future developments come through Jax !
