Faultless Experience
My order was made up and sent in no time at all. Unfortunately, I picked the wrong rug for the space so needed to return the item.
The customer care team were very responsive, clear and processed everything very efficiently.
I wanted to mention Jamie specifically at the team, who took the time to help me with my query.

Still zero response on my return
9 days of chasing and still zero response on my return. Only form of response is via trustpilot!
Order no.22743. I emailed your info@ address yet again after your request to email "immediately". I included 4 different email addresses for you to send a return label too. Nothing received in any of them. All junk mail checked.
I've used your online contact form again too.
Your promise to prioritise sending me a label appears to be a false promise.

Dear Jenny,
We understand your frustration, but your prepaid return shipping label for order #22743 was already generated and emailed to you yesterday.
Because emails with attachments can sometimes be filtered by email providers, please be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. We have also re-sent the label to your email addresses once more to make sure you have it.
Once you drop the package off with the carrier, your return will proceed normally and your refund will be processed upon receipt.
Best Regards,
JUSTRUG Customer Support Team

Love my new custom rugs!
I purchased a custom sized rug for my kitchen and matching for the back door. They are beautiful, just as pictured and have a nice nonslip backing. Bonus that they are washable. Liked them so much purchased two more for my bathrooms! Shipping was timely. Highly recommend this company and would purchase again in a heartbeat

The rug fits the space perfectly for where we needed it but the backing is not as “non-slip” as we were hoping for. It moves around too easily.

Thank you for the feedback — we're glad the rug fits your space so well. We're sorry the backing hasn't held as firmly as you'd hoped. Grip can vary depending on the flooring underneath, and it's something we're actively working to improve on future production.
