I ordered a rug
I ordered a rug, and when it came, it just didn’t fit my style as it was very bold and bright, and I thought it would be a little more muted in color. I reached out to the company and asked for a return/refund and they gave me a refund and told me to keep the rug and pass it on to someone who may need it. And that is why I just ordered a new rug from them. It’s a great company and customer service was outstanding!

Great service and quality product
Our rug arrived on time with tracking updated regularly. This was nice since the rug came from Turkey. I find it’s slightly thicker and softer than other washable rugs I had tried previously and returned. We are very happy with the color and quality.

Sadly, I had to return rug. Here’s why…
Sadly, I had to return the rug I ordered because I did not like the Edge binding material, and color. I emailed just rug but never heard back from anyone. I like the rug itself and that the size I needed was available and the return was pretty easy. I would still like a Customer Service phone number.

Not an authentic Turkish rug
Took a little while to arrive and whilst from afar it looks as advertised (like the photos on the website) up close the rug looks like the image has been printed onto the top of a plain rug, rather than it being woven. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts! Glad I bought the rug in a sale, otherwise I'd be very disappointed!

Gorgeous Rug
The communication was excellent, and the quality of the rug was exceptional. I ordered a rug on 18th August but now…
I ordered a rug on 18th August but now 25th and still says preparing order. I’ve emailed the company for an update 2 days ago and still not had any response. It states the rug can take 4-7 working days so 7 days will take it to Thursday 27th but I just need to know an expected delivery date
