Completed a home move form on 5th August for an activation date for 4th September they still couldn't get me connected for this date.
Was told on the 4th September that everything should be working, only to be told 30 minutes later that I needed to allow a further 6 working days for everything to update.
This came and went with no connection. Dealt with Oliver and Sheena from this point and these two are the reason I haven't given one star.
Gave me alternative tests to carry out but none resolved the issue so was told to call to arrange an engineer visit.
I did this and was told an engineer would visit on 30th September.
Upon ringing twice yesterday to find out details of the appointment, neither member of staff could even locate the appointment.
Was called back by Ryan today who did his best, but to tell me the clown that I had originally spoken to hadn't booked the appointment correctly and now they can't send an engineer until mid October some 6 weeks after the initial activation date and 10 weeks after I completed the initial home move form!
Have raised as a complaint but even to get a response to that takes 10 days, and will no doubt I will get a template response to this review telling me to 'reach out'.
Brilliant company if you like dealing with staff who can't even book a simple appointment correctly.

Had our install this morning, with Gregg and Jason. We could not have asked for two of the most kind respectable installers. Both made sure all work was carried out correctly and all mess cleared away. Highly recommend these lads. Great service. Thanks again Mr & Mrs Wood

I went through to the wrong department but I was quickly transferred to sort out our house move. Tony was excellent, he set it all up for us and explained everything quickly and efficiently.

The staff are always friendly and it made part of a stressful situation the complete opposite. Thank you everyone.

K com engineer was very helpful and knowledgeable .

Website was easy to navigate. When I used the online chat I spoke to a person and not a chat bot. Once we had figured out a solution the conversation was moved to a phone call and everything was finalised. Was a great service and would happily recommend.

Ellis and Blake was polite, curtious and friendly. Both worked very well together which made it easier for me. Ellis (I think), helped me to set it up on my mobile and laptop.

Didn’t take long to get through to KCOM. Explained in detail what would be best for me Tony was really really helpful and said if I had any problems to call him.it was a really nice experience

Phil was very polite and friendly he explained everything clearly. He talked us through all the options available to us and left us to decide on the option that best suited our needs. No pushy sales pitch or forced advice just helpful and knowledgeable advice. Great experience

One touch swap Kcom did the lot very impressed.

Paid over the odds as it’s a local company but wasn’t worth it. Signal strength/ availability was intermittent, costumer service was even worse no loyalty whatsoever. I’ll never use again

Had Ellis and Blake come to install our cable connection and router. Both very friendly and professional. Laid cable under the lawn and paving stone, couldn't tell they had been afterwards. Fitted the router in the house and explained how it all worked. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

The online order system was easy to follow and clear amd I was. Contacted by a team member within an hour I was very happy with the service
