Sorry about that Christine, we had realised you were sent the wrong item and emailed you saying we sent the correct item the following day. You should receive it today I'm sure. Hope you have a lovely Christmas.
Please add gift cards
A present for someone of Irish heritage in the uk, had it sent directly to her but I asked for a gift note saying who it was from but it didn’t so she ended up messaging people to find out who sent it! That said she loved the present.

After 2 days a new email from royal mail has been received which says that i got the parcel which is false. I have semt an email again to your support amd i havent got any response.
EDIT: I still haven't got any answer in any of my emails and I haven't received any refund.

I am sorry you have had this experience with royal mail. We processed your order the same day it was received and sent it with the exact name and address you provided. We have contacted Royal mail also but to no avail. We then issued a refund to your account which you would have received by now.
