I am obsessed.
I just received my first order and immediately bought more to add to my collection and give to family and friends. I love the Japanese/French origins, style, and quality—all honestly stunning for the price. I have never been able to wear stretch bracelets of any kind because others are all way too big and stretch out quickly, making them cheap looking and feeling. Koss’s small size is perfect for me, and the bracelets coordinate beautifully with my 10/14/18k and vintage gold bracelets and watches. Customer service has been truly superior so far. In a world full of baits and switches and disappointments in general, this company is a wonderful pleasant surprise.

I will not be a customer again after…
I will not be a customer again after returning bracelets that were too tight (despite using their guide). It cost just under £10 to return to France by tracked post at end of January. The return process and form was in French and return instructions were not clear. It took 3 chasing enquiries to finally get a refund 5 weeks later although they seemed to dock £1 for some unexplained reason. Granted however, the customer service always responded promptly even though the process was annoyingly slow.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm that your return was received and processed, and the refund was issued accordingly. The £1 deduction corresponds to a small storage/handling fee, as the return was received more than 30 days after delivery. Our return policy normally applies within 30 days, but we still accepted and processed the return as a courtesy to ensure you could receive your refund.
Regarding the process, we are currently working on improving our return instructions and making them clearer in English, as many of our international customers send returns to our French logistics center.
That said, we are glad to hear that our customer support team remained responsive throughout the process, and we truly appreciate you acknowledging that point. Our goal is always to assist our customers as quickly as possible while following the procedures required by our logistics partner.
If you ever decide to give Koss Design another chance in the future, we would of course be very happy to welcome you back and help you find a bracelet size that fits perfectly.

Ma commande n'avait pas été livrée....Koss m'en a renvoyé une que j'ai bien reçue, pour le coup, je me suis trompé de dimension de poignet, donc j'ai fais une nouvelle commande ... :-)
J'attend que celle-ci arrive mais les pierres sont belles.

Really pretty and well made stack of bracelets
Really pretty and well made stack of bracelets. The small was spot on for me and they fit perfectly on the wrist not hanging down so very wearable for every day. Quick delivery and value for money. Will also be looking for gifts for friends in the future.

I have always been wary of purchasing…
I have always been wary of purchasing items from outside the UK - even if it is only Europe. However I took the risk and the experience has been worth it.
The bracelets are beautiful, arrived on time and were very securely packaged.
However the best thing was the continuous contact from the supplier to ensure everything was in order. In so many cases when ordering by mail order, you here nothing from the supplier. Which leaves the customer wondering if the order will arrive. With Koss Design this was not the case and I felt I was a valued customer. Well done and thank you.

J’ai demandé plusieurs fois le remboursement et bizarrement vous ne répond des jamais malgré vos dires !

Depuis votre premier email, nous sommes restés en contact avec vous et avons répondu à chacun de vos messages sous 24 heures afin de vous tenir informée de la situation.
Ce délai exceptionnel est lié à un changement récent de notre entrepôt logistique. Comme indiqué dans nos mentions légales, nos expéditions sont désormais traitées depuis notre nouveau centre logistique, ce qui a pu occasionner un léger retard pendant la transition.
Bonne nouvelle : votre colis est actuellement en route et devrait vous être livré directement chez vous dans les prochains jours.
