J’ai reçu en cadeau le collier Jade et les bracelets assortis en perles japonaises et vraiment ils sont magnifiques. Très belle qualité et la couleur est superbe.
Je recommande vivement

Good customer service and delivery, kept informed at every stage. The bracelet is very pretty, however, the bracelet I chose has translucent beads which are hardly visible when wearing, and also are quite small. This was not apparent from the photos on the website. I bought the gold beaded bracelet because I thought it would go well with my other gold bracelets, it does, but it’s not quite what I expected.

Today I wrote a review of these lovely bracelets and compared them with a cheaper Chinese brand which are producing exactly the same (to the untrained eye). In my review I asked why pay the higher price when you can get them so much cheaper. And this is where I've been caught. This is how small businesses go under. Their brands are copied, mass-produced and flogged for all to buy. I wish I hadn't written the review and this is why I'm changing it. The founder of Koss Design left me a personal message explaining their designs, their work, and their business. It's not every day you get that level of input from a business. I hope you manage to stop the copycats and I'm very glad I have 3 of your lovely bracelets.

I bought 4 bracelets and they were beautiful just as I hoped they would be. I plan to purchase some for my granddaughters birthdays coming up soon.

I love my bracelets. I would gave given 5 stars but the delivery time was long and tracking wasn't helpful. They were responsive to my concerns however

Les bracelets sont superbes et facile à mettre, grandeur juste parfaite. J’ai eu un problème avec le suivi de la livraison mais après avoir communiqué avec eux tout c’est réglé rapidement et facilement.

Ce sont de très belles pièces. C'est la seconde fois que je commande des bracelets. Toujours pour des cadeaux. A chaque fois, les personnes à qui j'offre ces bracelets sont enthousiastes, elles les trouvent beaux, faciles à porter, esthétiques. De mon coté la connexion avec le site est très agréable et facile. Le plus difficile est de ne pas en acheter trop car le choix est admirable. Merci beaucoup.

Commande reçue , bracelets et collier très beaux . Au bout de 15 jours , le collier s’est cassé vers le fermoir. Contact du SAV, très réactif et envoi d’un nouveau collier. Merci et bravo pour votre réactivité. Je recommande ce site et bijoux au top .

Koss Design is the best of all worlds. Their product is unique and fun, and they are great to work with. When I had a problem with timing, I let them know and they stayed on it until the product was delivered. AND they communicated every step of the way.

Beautiful jewelry, seems very good quality. The only possible "complaint" I could have would be the length of time from order to delivery. Since the items are not custom designed, I would think there would be stock on hand to simply pack and ship. However, having said that, they are worth the wait. I have ordered twice now, and will order again.

Love these bracelets. Bought 3 initially. Now have purchased 3 more. They don’t jangle on my arms, rather they sit there quietly and neatly, and don’t catch on anything because they sit so snugly on my arm. The biggest problem is choosing which ones to buy, and it’s really hard not to keep coming back for more.

I love stacking the bracelets on my wrist. Because the beads are flat, they are not bothersome for me to wear. I can wear 5 at a time. The colors are gorgeous and I like to pair the bracelets with my favorite turquoise ring and earrings!
