Excellent Customer Service! Love the products. Great quality.

Había hecho un primer pedido que llegó en una semana, como las pulseras eran pequeñas decidí regalarlas y hacer otro pedido con la talla más grande, de esto hace ya un mes, reclamo y me van contestando ...que lo averiguarán, que está en la aduana etc, en fin, un desastre,
Escribí la reseña ayer y justo hoy he recibido las pulseras por lo que retiro lo de la estafa.

The customer service and the quality of the products are great, I love the bracelets and the earrings i bought, I will definitely purchase again from Koss Design.

I love the combination of colors in the bracelets . Very nicely designed. The quality is superb and they are so light and really simply made . I like the clean design and how they blend with each other when wearing multiple bracelets. Thank you and I look forward to more jewelry from you .

Beautiful product and good customer service

Avoid this company. They sell you a "gift box" set of bracelets with no box - just a cheesy, fake-velvet pouch. Then when you need to exchange a product for a different size, you have to ship the products back to FRANCE at your OWN EXPENSE. The address they provide for returns is not a valid shipping address, and they do not help you with the customs process. In my case, UPS reached out to Koss for importer information and Koss ignored both UPS emails. Eventually, the product was returned to me by UPS because Koss couldn't be bothered to help. I'm still waiting for them to make it right.

Update: there is definitely no “gift box” included. I guess Koss is talking about the shipping box. Customs documentation was completed as provided on Koss’s return page. The information on that was inadequate in two ways: 1) the address provided is not a valid shipping address and so I had to dialog back and forth with support to confirm the correct address. 2) the page does not explain in any detail what needs to be on the customs documentation. Hiw many of us are experts at international shipping? Yes, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to insure I got a refund. If Koss provides a prepaid shipping label and better return instructions I am happy to ahip the products back. This company has a nice product but needs to mature in its custom support and returns. Smart move to open a US return location. I recommend offering free shipping on exchanges too. Good luck.

Beautiful, original designs and well crafted pieces.

J’ai offert un collier et des bracelets de Koss Design en cadeau et cela a été un vrai succès. Les bijoux sont élégants, délicats et très agréables à porter au quotidien. Le rendu est vraiment magnifique, à la fois simple et raffiné.

C’est un cadeau qui fait beaucoup plaisir, surtout pour une personne senior, car le design est élégant sans être trop chargé. On sent qu’il y a une vraie attention portée au style et au confort.

Une très belle idée de cadeau, que je recommande sans hésiter.

Je réponds car votre retour fait rêver mais je vous ai envoyé plusieurs messages avec tous les renseignements demandés et je n'ai pas eu de réponse de votre part.
Le colis en numéro suivi a montré que ça avait été livré dans votre bal le 2 février.
Et encore vous laissez entendre que vous n'avez rien reçu.
J'achète très régulièrement sur internet mais c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre une telle mauvaise foi.
Produis renvoyés mais pas remboursés, c'est rentable

I've ordered the beautiful bracelets from Koss three times. The bracelets are beautiful and the customer service could not be better. They respond quickly and do everything they can to make this a five star experience.

One caveat: My recent order was stuck in the US mail - perhaps due to the messy tariff situation here. At any rate the Koss people communicated with me regularly and made sure I received my bracelets.

It was mistakenly a bracelet was omitted in my order. They are rectifying it as we speak. Great bracelets and customer service.

I have been searching for these bracelets and so excited to find them. Shipping was fast and items were exactly as described. I’ve already received multiple compliments! Would definitely order again!

I saw your bracelets on Facebook and I knew that it would make a great Valentines Day present for my wife. She loved the bracelets. However. I wasn't sure where it was being made & it took a few weeks for delivery. But I was able to track the package & knew that it wasn't a scam . I will order more in the future.

My order did take a couple of weeks to arrive. But it is finally here. The bracelets are beautiful. I would like to thank customer service for reasuring me and giving support to make sure the package arrived. Thank you!!!
