During July/August myself and my wife were moving to Spain and I did read online that I would be able to obtain a Spanish N.I.E. number prior to moving and found Labrums online stating they could arrange this.

I contacted Labrums, a little worried that I had left it too late. However following wonderful communication, forms, paperwork the N.I.E. arrived exactly as required and well ahead of the expected time frame. Now I am in Spain and applying for residency I realise the great advantage obtained by arranging this first step in advance and would recommend Labrums to anyone in the same situation.

We used labrums for a freehold purchase , they were consistently unresponsive, unhelpful and frankly negligent in not providing the share certificates that are an integral part of setting up the freehold company. When challenged on this later they said it wasnt in their brief.. how were we supposed to know it was needed.. that is what you employ solicitors for !!! They did not even advise this is a statutory requirement. In my most recent request to help sort it out they havent event replied to me. Personally I would never go near Labrums.

I recently used Labrums to obtain for me a Spanish NIF/TIF number and the service was superb. I thoroughly recommend. Costs exactly as quoted, communication was superb and completion well within what I needed.

Very professional and efficient. My contact at Labrums, Isaac, listened to me. He kept me informed of developments. Arranged a meeting for me in Spain at a Notary close by and organised an official translator to preside ; as my Spanish is not proficient enough to fully comprehend legal jargon.
Twenty-five minutes after the meeting Isaac called me to make sure everything went smoothly. It had! I would have every confidence in using Labrums in the future.

A first class professional service from the outset. Communication was excellent we were always aware of what was happening. The Reception team were always polite and friendly and knew who we were when we called. A top service for a reasonable price.

Thanks to Laura and her team for all the support on the purchase of our house!
