The team is responsive, efficient, polite and professional. The solicitor's instructions from start to finish were always clear and document submission platform is very easy to follow. All my enquires were well transfered to the seller's soliticor. Frequent and necessary communications were maintained throughout the throughout the whole transaction process. The proof of funds procedure was smooth as long as buyers put effort on providing enough documentary evidence. Ample time was given to read through the property report and related documents. As a first time buyer in the UK, I was well informed of what I should do at different stages throughout the whole process. It was heartwarming to receive their card and little gift after the completion day.
