I had some delivery issues with earrings that caused the delivery to be after the event. Customer Service was kind and attentive and I was refunded. The jewelry was beautiful!

What a great company! The wrong jewelry set was sent out so I immediately messaged them through their contact us form. Within minutes I received a response asking for a photo. Again within minutes they apologised and sent me the correct set out to get to me within 24 hours. Honest mistake at packaging thank you so much lace and favour.

Terrible. Still have not received purchase. It’s been over 8 weeks. Wanted purchase for a wedding that occurred last weekend. Will be pursuing full refund.

I bought a necklace and bracelet set to wear on my wedding day. Unfortunately, the necklace broke on its first wear during my first dance, and the bracelet shortly after. Both pieces snapped between the pearls, without even being touched. I contacted Lace & Favour, and they offered me a replacement of the same pieces. I instead requested a refund, and this was granted quickly.
Considering this was the most special day of my life, and the jewellery broke while all guests were looking at me, I expected more than just the initial offer of a replacement. The photos and memories of my day will be impacted by the poor quality of the product, and I am disappointed that the response was the same as if it had broken on any other day.

I’ve had a terrible time recently battling with various companies to get returns. With high streets as they are you have to buy online.
Lace & Favour were the exception; delivered quickly, beautiful quality and wonderful customer service . Sadly I had to return, colour didn’t go, but simple to return!! Would highly recommend.
