Good quality products and prompt service

The shoes were exactly as described and absolutely beautiful, unfortunately they just didn't end up being THE shoes I wanted for my wedding. The return process afterwards was easy and the money was back in my account shortly after they received them for inspection, the only downside was that I did have to pay a little bit to ship the shoes back because of my location, but it was still a very reasonable cost.

I ordered all the way from Australia and had a wonderful experience. The team had gone above and beyond, even photographing the 2 pairs i was considering side by side for my comparison.
My beautiful bridal shoes arrived within a week and the team were super helpful responding to me to advise on sizing.

I had to pre-order some lace sleeve as they had sold out, customer service were brilliant with communicating the lead time and expected date. They asked me what date my wedding was and assured me they’d be ready and delivered in time, which they were! I received the sleeves about 40 days before the wedding and they are beautiful, really happy with the service provided

Ich bin total begeistert von den Sandalen! Sie sind wunderschön und genau wie vorgestellt. Die Verpackung war mit so viel Liebe gemacht und die kleine Nachricht für die Braut hat alles noch besonderer gemacht – wirklich ein wunderschönes Detail.
Die Qualität ist ebenfalls top, nur an ein paar Stellen hat sich der Faden leicht gelöst. Aber ansonsten wirklich traumhaft – absolute Empfehlung!
