The delivery was fast and effective. The shoes are perfect!!! I love them very much, soft and elegant. I choose a green color that enhanced my outfit. At the wedding they were comfortable.

This is the second pair I have purchased. The first pair I had to return. No problems and quickly refunded. The delivery was quick and the shoes are gorgeous and so comfortable.

Very happy with process from web search to delivery and the products received were beautiful quality items.

Let op je betaald een te gek bedrag aan verzendkosten in verhouding als je iets wilt retourneren. Eerst brengen ze zelf verzendkosten in rekening, dat is op zich redelijk en dan weet je ook waarmee je akkoord gaat maar als je iets voor retourneren moet je opeens £ 15 aan verzendkosten betalen voordat je het item terug kunt sturen. Ik heb dat nog nooit meegemaakt dat je dubbele verzendkosten moet betalen, onredelijk en voor mij een reden om niet meer te bestellen bij dit bedrijf. Jammer genoeg had ik niet eerst op Trustpilot gekeken.

The order arrived promptly and was of excellent quality. The veil was beautiful. Unfortunately my daughter is only 5ft 2 and she felt the veil was too long and so we have had to return it. She has since ordered another one from your company and is really pleased with it.

Easy to order. Swift delivery. Good online imaging.

The quality of these shoes are horrendous. I had to change out of the heels I purchased half way through my wedding. Having complained through their customer service they admitted that although the shoes were ‘damaged’ that this was expected and are meant to be worn once. Save your money and run

Unfortunately having left a couple of voice messages no one ever rang back, which was a bit frustrating as I needed help for my daughter’s wedding which is next month ! Thankfully I eventually found something to work from the website , but a human on the phone would have saved fair bit of stress ! Otherwise all the products are fabulous and we are extremely happy with all the hair accessories we have bought x all beautifully made and packaged

I ordered a handbag but open arrival the colour was very different to my expectation. I would be disappointed if expected to cover original delivery but they charged an additional fee to return. I do not feel this is at all clear and not how other companies manage returns. In total the entire bad experience has cost me £8.45.

Shipping was very fast. The product good. The respons was fast
