Landbay is an excellent lender to work with. The process from application through to mortgage offer was incredibly smooth, with clear communication and efficient turnaround times throughout.
A special thanks to Helen McKinney, my Relationship Manager, who was professional, responsive, and supportive at every stage. One of Landbay’s biggest strengths is the ability to speak directly with the underwriters, which makes a huge difference in progressing cases efficiently and resolving queries quickly.
A genuinely broker-friendly lender that consistently delivers great service. 5 stars all day, any day. Highly recommended.
