We enjoyed working with Landis, a team of incredibly helpful, resourceful, communicative, and knowledgeable people. From the moment we reached out to them, they were attentive and responsive to our needs. They took the time to understand our preferences and requirements and went above and beyond to find a program that matched our criteria.

Aly Barbieri‘s resourcefulness and communication were truly impressive. She was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. She was prompt in her responses and provided clear and concise information. We never felt left in the dark throughout the entire process.

One of the standout qualities of Aly was her knowledge of the real estate market. She had a deep understanding of the market and was able to provide valuable insights and advice. My experience with landis has been more than I would have ever expected. Everyone is so helpful answering any questions you have as well as credit help they put you in position to own a home. Landis is a great program Noah and Dylan are truly amazing they are the reason I am now a homeowner I’m so happy and lucky to have worked with them. This program is the best I’ve ever come across. Landis is a scam , a company full of ivy League thrives , who have zero intentions on actually helping their clients purchase their forever home. Their intent is to charge twice the rent price for the area the homes are in and not actually help the client improve their credit and further them to home ownership. They took away our payment portal and proceeded to try and evict us all while they are in breach of their own contract including but not limited to falsifying lease documents and submitting them to a court of law. Avoid Landis at all costs unless you want to loose 10s of thousands of dollars and end up homeless. We are currently in litigation with them and hope to recieve the justice us and I'm sure many others deserve .All we wanted was to own a home and Landis has done nothing but purger themselves(their appointed attorney did that technically)and falsify documents and breach their own contract. STAY AWAY!

This process can be nerve wrecking because your trying to purchase a home for yourself and family. I was Blessed to have had Aly Barbieri as my coach. She kept me focused on our goal and always had positive words of encouragement even when I thought things were not looking good. You can’t ask for more then that. In a day where it seems like customer service has gone to the wayside Landis has proven itself to be a company that not only invest into your home ownership dreams but by employing knowledgeable, caring everyday real people like myself. Thank you Aly and Landis.

I had a great experience with Landis and now own my home that I’ve lived in for the last year and a half. Noah was a great help to making this process quick and easy. I would recommend this process as long as you are serious about homeownership.

Aly was an amazing and exceptional coach throughout the entire process. I will highly recommend Aly and Landis to all of my family, friends, and real estate customers. They have been an absolute Godsend for my family!

Currently in a Landis owned property in Maryland. Had some medical problems in December and got behind on payments. They demanded 3 grand or they would proceed with eviction. The problem is in the State of Maryland they didn't follow proper procedure. They finally obtained representation here in April and had me go to court in May for their rep not to show. Went back to court in June with a balance of 10 grand. I'm STILL locked out of their payment portal and they have refused to respond to any emails. At this point I just want to move but they refuse to communicate with me so I feel stuck. Do NOT use this company it's been a nightmare

After searching for the right engine to motivate more people who is struggling with savings and working on their credit, I thought I found the ONE. However, just getting started with Landis to only find out with disgust that they choose to raise their credit scores requirement to a 680. Why, would I ever want to ask my clients who is well pass the minimum credit score 580 to rent to own??? Does that make sense???... I thought Will, JayZ, and anyone else was for the people especially those that have a gap in homeownership to help even the plain out. It is your money and you can do whatever you choose, but to choose to do it to the people who needed the help and change up, wasn't a good look. Pray your marketing team would reconsider the program.

This company and program is a joke! They're promoting all over the place that you should have a 550 minimum credit score, earn a minimum of 30k/yr but when you actually apply they want you to have a 680 fico 4 score and earn at least 5k/ month income. Now, my question is why on earth would you need their program if you had a 680 credit score?!! That more than the minimum requirements for most mortgage companies and loan programs! They continuously state that they want to ensure that you are able to qualify for a home loan within 12 months but if you worked directly with a mortgage banker, even if you you had a high DTI the loan officer would simply suggest paying down a few things and you'd be good to go! My issue is the lack of transparency and blatant lies to draw ppl to their program. And judging by other reviews they are not very professional or honest! More people need to disclose their experiences with them because this is not acceptable by any means.

We have been dealing with a horrible plumbing issue. The plumbing to one of our bathrooms is shot, busted pipes, pipes that weren't even connected and Landis refuses to fix anything. We looked at multiple houses a d had to settle for this one because it's the only one they approved and the plumbing wasn't even up to code when they bought the house but they expect us to pay to fix it. Apparently the inspector didn't do a very good job and we were nit prese.t during inspection because my husband would have noticed the issues. Buying our first home is proving to be a disappointment. And the lack of customer service is atrocious.

Absolutely horrible company. They build up your hopes. You do the work, and they drop you off the edge of a cliff. And homeless.

After completing application and being pre-approved months ago. Kept getting request for the same documents and ones to replace the ones that keep expiring because they are taking so long, finally got the info today after many attempts and some actual appointments where they stood us up,we were told they currently are not buying houses and a request for another document. Liars

Landis is evicting me because I have a medical condition which I got put on FMLA for. I applied for rental assistance and got approved but they wouldn’t accept it because the state is taking too long to send it. Now me and 3 children have 15 days to leave during Christmas time eventhough I got approved for the full amount owed. The mediation team has horrible customer service and didn’t want to answer my questions.

Nick Kelly was exceptional in assisting us to complete this experience even though it didn't turn out the way we expected it.

It’s very unfortunate that we approved for a rate that’s well below market value. I feel like the middle class is being set up for failure
