Landis has been fantastic to work with on a brokerage level. Landis account managers and representatives are very accessible any time our agents or I have a question or need to talk to someone. The training that they provided to our agents was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about what they are doing to help people become homeowners!

My experience with Landis has been a real pleasure so far and I am pleased to be on this journey to home ownership. Thank Landis for all your support and help.

Working with Landis has been great so far,. This program can help more of my clients become homeowners. Anna, Bre & Julio have been very helpful to me with my all questions, getting through approvals & offers. I highly recommend Landis to my clients that can’t obtain a traditional loan approval.

I had a great experience with Landis. My client relocated from FL to GA. She was approved with Landis and we were able to find her and her family a beautiful home. The seller countered on their offer and Landis supported me in saving the deal for my client!!

I feel fortunate to be one of their authorized Realtors and to represent their program to the metro Atlanta marketplace. They truly provide a needed service that help individuals and families position themselves for homeownership. Their staff are committed individuals who truly care about helping their clients achieve their desired goals.

After 8 months of being in pre-qualified status I've yet to complete the process through Landis home ownership programs. I continued to be misled by customer service representatives about my submitted documents. I pre-qualified in February 2022, it's now October 2022 and my status has not changed. I feel neglected as the customer. I wouldn't recommend Landis to anyone trying to obtain home ownership.

Michaela is an amazing representative at Landis. Always on top of what's going on, questions answered ASAP, and just plain old fashion "follow up" is 100% Michaela. I've worked with Landis for years. I previously worked with another agent that moved on to another position and Michaela was assigned to me- honestly I was concerned. But after a short time and a few deals - we work EXTERMELY well together. She helps me look good with MY clients. I would definitely recommend Landis, and especially Michaela.

My client was able to fulfill her lifelong dream of moving to FL because of Landis. She and I (her Realtor) received excellent communication from Landis and a very, sincere caring spirit. I think it's the best program out there and I have worked with all.

They didn’t show any concern as to whether they will really work with you if you have repossession or probably even bankruptcy on your report.
Good people have negative report with reasonable explanations.

My husband and I have been looking to purchase a home for years. With the help of Landis and Julio, our representative. This is possible for us. Julio was amazing and answered messages whenever I sent them, days, nights and even weekends. We have recommended Landis to our friends who are looking to get one step closer to homeownership. Thank you all!!

Unfortunately I have never been able to qualify. My current rent is so high I was hoping that I would be able to start this program before my rent was raised again. I have tried getting another place to rent but no luck. So I had to get a second job to help pay the rent raise.

This is a wonderful program to help renters become home owners. As a realtor and seller, the process was quick and seamless. I look forward to working with them again and telling as many people that will listen about this company and their wonderful team, especially Bre who is very responsive and so pleasant!!

I am so happy for those individuals that had a positive experience with this company. I was told I was pre-approved and that was it. My representative is Julio. To this date and after filling out the application, I have yet to speak to Julio or anyone else in reference to my application. I have called several times and was told he would call back in a few days. Well, that did not happen at all. I log into my account and the first couple of times it said "my application was being reviewed." I just logged in again and the message was" my application was not accepted, but please complete another application." I do not understand. I have not spoken to any one to find out what the problem is with my first application..Life is to stressful for people to play mindgames with others. I sent in all the information that was required, and I do not get why Julio has not reached out to me just to say hi!!

Landis and the team made my Purchasing a home stress free worry free and a blessing. I Close on my dream home August 2, 2022 The process was less than two months.

Landis is wonderful. My rent went up from 850 to 995. Me and my fiancé knew it was time for a change. I went to my local realtor company and they told me about Landis. I am so bless they did! With in a month we found our dream starter home. Any problems we may have run into Landis has handle quickly and smoothly. We really could not be more thankful for them for helping us on our way to pursuing the American Dream by buying a house.

I recently closed on a property that Landis handled the transaction on. I can't say enough about how the process flowed so easily. All of the individuals involved were timely, informative and professional. They took the stress out of what would have been a headache for me doing it all on my own. My main contact was with Julio Hernandez, who kept me very informed on every step of what was taking place. He did a phenomenal job. I am so pleased and impress by how the entire home buying process went. I would and will tell everyone about Landis. Their program is top notch.

Our rep, Leah Byrd, was wonderful. However, she was the only highlight of the transaction. I was constantly waiting days before hearing back about anything. The lack of communication and the disorganization was a major miss.

At first I thought that the Landis standard was so high that I’m afraid I won’t get any house passed though their requirements and now I’m so glad for that because now I’m in the safe and feel secure with no problem.

My husband and I have been in the market for a home since February. We were approved through 2 lenders, but unfortunately with today’s housing market we kept getting out bid. As time progressed and interest rates continued to rise our pre-approval amount lowered. That’s when we came across Landis and thought it may be a good fit. After prequalifying we decided to fill out an application that same day and submit all the required documents. In a world of instant gratification, waiting 7-10 days for an approval is a long time when most lenders give you an approval within 1 business day. After waiting about a week, we received an approval with an amount lower than our pre-approval from the lenders we worked with. This didn’t make sense, so I called and was told my husband was not approved, which again didn’t make sense because we had just received an updated pre-approval from the lenders 8 days prior. The rep I spoke with told me to send over the pre-approval from the lenders and my husband’s application would be reprocessed. I sent it on Monday and it’s now Friday and we still haven’t heard anything. Throughout this process communication from Landis has been below average. When you call their customer service number except to get their voicemail most of the time. When you actually do get someone on the phone except to get the run around or the rep will tell you they’re not at their computer at the moment.

At first things were a little difficult in getting answers. But once I completed my application things went well and now I’m in the home I wanted.
