Ordered a lawnmower bulb on 28th and got order note next day. Despite saying up to 6 days for delivery, I get a notification from RM on 7th Oct to say they received the item. Its 8th October tomorrow and have no idea when the parcel will be coming. What happened between 29th Sept and 6th Oct. Raised a query days ago but doesnt appear they could be bothered to respond.

Don't buy from them buy from the parent company on eBay, international systems and equipment based in Ireland. I thought this UK company would deliver quicker being UK based and having the items in stock. I ordered the same parts from both this company and what turned out to be the parent, thinking this one would get to me quickly so therefore worth paying nearly 3 times as much for a quick fix, with the cheaper ones planned as a spare. In fact they delivered from Ireland and both parts arrived at the same time from the same supplier, so this division of the company is neither value for money nor quick to deliver.

Update: just received an email from Royal Mail advising that a delivery from international systems and equipment will be delivered today. On Googling, that is the owner of Lawn Mower Parts Ireland. Still no email or contact from the firm itself. If the part arrives today, it is a week from ordering which I am not too concerned about. But it doesn’t change the fact that they advise dispatch within 1-2 days. Or the phone line not working or live chat and responding to emails.

No news on my order, 5 working days now. Their phone numer is down saying they are moving warehouse. Rather than continuing to take orders, be honest and say there will be a delayed delivery. I want a refund, but no way to get in touch. Their live chat is not, it is just a bot.

I ordered a service kit for my stihl lawnmower on 24th of June. Unfortunately it was sent with the incorrect spark plug. I have contacted them 4 times since then and been assured that a replacement would be sent-its never arrived. I note a lot of the companies replies say that they would have liked to have the opportunity to put things right-How many opportunities do they want?
I can see why they have almost half of the reviews at one star-wont use them again

how can they charge these prices extortionate a electric file sharpener grinder over £120 i brought off Ebay £30 stihl file £42 ebay £8 all of this stuff is cheap Chinese rubbish at very over inflated prices if you want even cheaper use temu I have never had 1 issue with temu excellent shopping but id stay away from lawnmower parts on line just check their prices against any from ebay or temu

Terrible service, avoid this supplier. Part ordered on 23/06/26 with 6 day turn around. Still not arrived 4 weeks later, not even sent. Taken money from my bank but order not completed. Never answer the phone, not responding to my messages. AVOID

I wish I had searched out and read the reviews for Lawnmowerpartsonline.co.uk before placing and order.
They do not answer their phone, they do not answer emails, their WhatsApp says last seen / read on the 20th Apr 2026!!. The chat system also goes unread.
I can only assume they are either out of business or in the process of going out of business.
Please don’t waste your time or money using this company.
Judging by the other terrible reviews on here and elsewhere they also just respond with ‘ please reach out and contact us’ this is somewhat difficult as they can’t be contacted and don’t respond……
Thankfully I paid using a credit card so my credit card issuer will get my money back.

Just for clarity I emailed and used the chat function last Thursday 9th July as I had received no update after me order on Wednesday 8th July.
I received a very brief and somewhat clumsy response offering not insight other that a tracking number which provided no information.
On Monday 13th I then emailed, phoned, used the chat and the WhatsApp number provided on your website without any response from either.
I then repeated all of the above again yesterday Tuesday 14th, again no response.

You seem to like to respond / reply quickly enough to trust pilot reviews yet still no response to any of my emails or other forms contact.

Your Trustpilot reviews are however painting a very accurate picture of a company who clearly has no idea how to operate and who I’m sure won’t remain in business very long.

Perhaps if you focus on answering your phone and replying to emails instead of focusing on Trustpilot reviews you might not have such awful reviews.

Ordered a part took weeks to come when it did arrive it was the wrong part connected them took 2 weeks to come back to me the said it was on its way haven’t received anything tried to contact them twice and heated nothing another month wasted! Do not buy from these

Ordered a spring on the 18th was told there is a delay and will be with me within 10day. Its now been 13 days and no contact from them so i email amd again they say its delayed and hopefully will be in the post within 5 days

Crap communication. Waiting 8 days and no email from Royal Mail to say they even have the order (so not despatched?). No order updates (as promised if delayed beyond their 2 day despatch time). Phone call: “we are busy…” then they cut you off. Chat service: took 4 days to respond to a previous message. They might be cheaper but so not worth the hassle

Updated to 3 stars. Having seen this review the company acted fast to resolve the issue. So once I finally got in touch with a helpful agent by email the product was delivered pronto the next day. That was 5 star customer service. Averages at 3 stars. Well recovered

We saw online photos of a Stihl strimmer harness for £40.49 & bought from this company. What eventually arrived was a strimmer harness made by Pirhana which is a cheaper version. On complaining to the company we were told that although it says Stihl fs350 harness & the photos are of the genuine Stihl what they send out is what we got! They say nowhere does it say you will receive a Stihl harness! They said we could return it if we are not happy.

Never sent the order, does not reply to emails, still no refund months later

ordered parts for lawn mower on 7th June so far emails sent, phone calls made with no answer, web chat done with no reply, no idea whats happening maybe I will just contact bank as seems like a scam site

Ordered a part over a month ago. They said it would be with me last week but it didn’t arrive. They are now ignoring my emails…..and still have my money. Very poor.

very poor service - received half my order and been emailing, calling, web chat since with no response. Not sure what i can do at this point other than give bad reviews.

I have repeatedly tried to contact them by phone,on all 5 options only to be left on hold for several minutes before being told to use email or online chat instead—the very channels they refuse to respond to.
I have since purchased the item elsewhere and requested that the order be cancelled and refunded, yet even this request has been ignored.
At this point, I have no confidence that the item has ever been sent The complete lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Taking payment, failing to deliver, and then ignoring customers who are simply asking for an update or a refund is not how a professional service should operate KEEP WELL CLEAR

Excellent service, correct part delivered in 3 days - a tricky fit, so relieved properly machined, all belts lined up perfectly and up and running before the next storm! Highly recommend,
