Beware of Lazada! I was a good customer until they treated me like a liar and a thief. The courier or the warehouse has lost the parcel I paid for. Lazada cheated me and never took responsibility for your own policies. I have tried to remain Lazadas customer for more than two month. They kept on sending me nonsensical messages, asking repeatedly the same questions, which I always answered with no result. I have called Lazada customer care, which doesn't care, many times and sent a lot of messages, wasting a lot of time and money. They proved to be not interested to solve any problem, taking responsibilities, follow their own policies and to keep me as a customer.
Lazada is a completely untrustworthy and unreasonable business!

Worst Company. Xiaomi earbuds I purchased and returned back because It was not working properly, I choose to do self return but also through J&T express. They also took video of the packaging and also got the delivery acknowledgement from LAZADA personnel with their ID proof, and LAZADA says unable to find the package and my refund is still in the limbo. Really worse experience with LAZADA.
Bad Service! Avoid
I am a platinum member but no good support from Lazada when a merchant sent a broken item. The return method is an inconvenient to the buyer. Imagine being inconvenienced already by receiving a broken item then you will be inconvenienced again by arranging to return it!!! What a hassle!!! They should allow to have the courier pick it up where it was delivered!!! Worst app!
Very disappointing
This product (pushup bra) is NOT what they have described. Thin, flimsy, would snap and break easily. The size is not they say. Very very disappointing. Lack of communication one email the whole time. I have tried to contact them. But the link on the email. Is saying the store does not exist.

Have used Shoppee numerous times without issue so figured this would be similar. I was wrong. I have made three purchases and over three weeks later have received nothing. First order was cancelled by seller a week after ordering.
Second purchase was marked as delivered after three weeks, unfortunately not to me.
Third order is now at the local delivery hub - if I look online - and still 100 miles away if I look in the app.
Delivery date is marked down as 'today' but it has changed so many times that it will no doubt change again and be next week. Not hopeful it will arrive.
Shopping on Lazada takes more effort than taking an overnight walk to the nearest city and carrying everything back in a backpack. Soon as I have received my item - or its confirmed as lost - I will delete this useless app.

Less than useless
Ordered a present two weeks in advance, was told it would be delivered in 5-7 days, was marked as âpackedâ and then âto shipâ from the order day. By the time of the anticipated arrival it was still showing as âto shipâ. Customer service is less than useless, just sending you around in circles, then 5 days after the expected arrival dat got a message to say that the order had been auto cancelled, whatever that means, and that a refund would be done in 5-10 days. This was a test purchase just to see if their system worked, needless to say once Iâve got the refund Iâll close the account and never bother with them again.

I have had experiences with at least 6 online shopping platforms. LEX PH is the worst. I was optimistic at first. Their delivery service is consistently bad. Never meets the delivery time and updates are a joke. They keep moving the delivery date and there are no compensations for late fees, so basically there's no guarantee if you will get your package on time or if it will arrive at all. A lost package insurance option is a RED FLAG. It means they are expecting it to get lost.

Worst company !!! I ordered for Xiaomi Ear buds, there was 30 days return policy. After using for 2 days, I found the other party cannot hear properly, It could be because the MIC doesnt pickup the voice properly. I decided to return. Now you could use free return, but the nearest J&T Express was showing 30KMS away on the Lazada App. While J&T Express is 3-5 mins away from my house.I was unable to select the J&T express which is near my house, so I chose arrange the shipment myself and chose the same J&T express near my house. Shipping them back was just 100 pesos. After Shipping, I had to put the shipping info on the APP, but till date it gives me network error and its stuck on this phase until now.In the meantime the shipment reached Xiaomi center. I called the Customer care and they opened a case and its still under progress untill now. They said it will take 2-3 business days. Its been more than a week, even sending mails for an update but nothing. When I message Xiaomi directly from the App they say to contact Lazada cutomer care. So not resolution until l now . Please becareful of this company.

Lazada is a criminal enterprise. It restricted my withdrawal of funds, inexplicably invalidating my funds withdrawal password and then requiring financial deposit totaling the equivalent of 3,000 USD in Bitcoin, before allowing me to "reset" my Withdrawal password. They then prohibited withdrawal of funds. They then reduced my credit rating from 100 to 96 the same day and then replied in the Chat that another $4000 USD would be required to make ANY withdrawal. The "customer service" rep refused to provide their name. I have NOT received ANY of my funds as of today.
