I reported a scam seller on Lazada! I got an email with a code so I could report them! That was it! The scamming seller is still selling on their platform! Lazada does not protect their buyers! Thatâs all you need to know! I deleted their app!

Lazada used to be a decent platform, but most of the sellers here are simply scammers now. Just look through the search results and see for yourself. For example, there is a seller named 'wR242zBX'. In what world is this a legitimate seller's name? How are they even allowed on a platform. This is just a single example of the tens of thousands of sellers with names like this.
Not to mention, if you buy something, and it's incorrect (and that's usually the case these days), you have 0 help from Lazada to resolve the issue.
The entire senior staff need to be fired for allowing this to happen in the first place.

This is the last time I will buy anything from this company. It is on the edge of being a scam. The price is never what you see and the delivery company, is either, using a one wheel handcart or the donkey has died. The product, may or maybe not be genuine, and good luck with any alleged warranty.

I used to like buying here, regardless of the amount as I trusted the lazada from the beginning. Customer service personnel was helpful before but now all you can chat was the machine which did not resolve your concern. This is seems scam to me now and I hesitate to buy again esp if my orders were paid and not delivered. I purchased almost 1k product that I didn't receive. I was happy someone from Customer service (chat) helped me to cancel it coz I wasn't able to cancel in section. Then, my refund has been pending and delayed, so I tried to chat personnel again coz usually they assist, but I was disappointed and upset now coz I've been trying to contact them yet nobody was there - JUST AN ANSWERING CHAT boot! Lazada is going downhill, I'm not comfortable of buying there anymore.

Amazing that this company is competing with Amazon and SHOPEE. Iâm sure that they are hemorrhaging customers weekly.
Since they were purchased by Alibaba, the company has become almost impossible to work with. Whenever I try to communicate with a vendor asking a simple question about size or delivery date, I inevitably find that my messages are restricted.
Setting up a return can be a pain in the neck considering that it was the Vendors fault. Also, the site is simply buggy.
Oh, I forgot about customer service, which is very poor.
Disappointed with Lazadaâs handling of fake items and refund process
Iâm very disappointed with my experience with Lazada. I purchased a doorbell and a thumb drive that turned out to not as advertised. The thumb drive was especially concerning as it posed a risk of data loss.
The seller was willing to refund, but Lazada refused.
After sending to Lazada all the pictures to prove that the items are not as advertised which Lazada requested, Lazada still does not want to refund and compensate me.
I also received a broken chair, which was eventually refunded, but only after much delay.
Previously, I paid $169.99 via PayNow for a laptop, which Lazada claimed they didnât receive. I even suggested to Lazada to write to their bank to enquire about this payment, Lazada refused. After multiple chases the amount was finally returned. This entire experience was stressful and time-consuming.
I contacted Lazadaâs online customer service and support team multiple times, but kept being pushed between chat and email with no proper resolution.
All Iâm asking for is:
A full refund for the doorbell and thumb drive.
Cash compensation of $300 for the time and frustration caused
LazCash is not acceptable. I hope Lazada will improve its handling of such issues and take customer concerns more seriously.

Laazada is a big cheater by intention
I ordered a product through Amazon "MMlove 4K HDMI Camera High Speed 30FPS USB Camera 8MP Streaming Webcam. Laazada is registered as third party seller on Amazon. They sent me Biker's Chest camera (entirely different product and application). Secondly, I ordered 2 nos. of the camera and received only one. When complained to Amazon they said they do not have any role to play here in resolving the issue as you purchased from a third party seller. When I started communicating with Laazada they were insisting on return of the Biker's chest camera for initiating refund. Once they received the returned camera, their tone changed completely - they said that this is not the product which they have sent to me. Though, I have shared images/ unboxing videos many a times before in my communications.
They are a full time cheater and I lost my 42K INR.

If I could give a zero stars or negative stars for Flash Express, I would. This so called delivery service should be decommissioned. They lie, They Promise delivery but nothing. In my Area (Sergio Osmena, Zambonga Del Norte) I was told by my Nephew we all have to pick up because Flash Express does not deliver. This van parks near the Catholic Church. People have to come and pick up. Many of the people come from far away. Think of the extra cost involved. Really a SHAMEFUL DELIVERY SERVICE! I ask why your delivery service. Does not Deliver. The answer was No motorcycle and not paid enough to deliver. Poor, Poor, Pitiful Me! I stopped ordering from Lazada and Shopee after a 9 yr. 6 months of Business relationship. I now order from Temu. Temu uses J&T Express. J&T Express has always delivered. Plus they have a delivery and receiving office in Sergio Osmena. I really loved Lazada & Shopee. But I refuse to be taken for a fool. I pay for delivery. I expect delivery! Until Flash Express is out of business in Sergio Osmena. Or Lazada & Shopee Go back to J&T Express or Ninja Van. I will Boycott their online shopping. Because it is no longer pleasant.

Regarding my refund i have complaint many every single agent open a case but close the case without any feedback or refund. From last 4 month with 3 cases still no chance to get a refund. I have product listings in Lazada, new seller, have sold about 20 products avg 5K per product.
Lazada won't let us withdrawal our OWN MONEY EARNED because we did something wrong. In the "case appeal" if we ask what we did wrong, it's simply CLAIM REJECTED so they can HOLD OUR MONEY and make interest on the MONEY MARKET. If they ask to send 9 documents in one form, the maximum upload is 5 only so need to pack all into one pdf, then CLAIM REJECTED because they said i didn't send what i did send and won't let us know what we did wrong. This is appauling and HOLDING CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY. Is this legal? Their poor staff are not even allowed to say what our business did wrong which would solve problems (but I'm guessing HOLDING ONTO CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY and MAKING INTEREST ON THE MONEY MARKET is not just a possible reason/motivation but probably makes as much money as their commission earned in listing products!
