I was eagerly waiting for the release of the Xiaomi Pad 7 in the Philippines. So, when I saw it available on Lazadaâs Xiaomi Official Store Global, I didnât hesitate to place an orderâespecially since they had a great offer, including two out of three promised freebies.
However, to my disappointment, I received my order without any of the promised freebies! Despite their clear advertising, they failed to deliver what was stated on their product page. False advertising and misleading information!
This experience has made me question the credibility of this store. If youâre considering buying from them, be cautious! Check the details carefully, and donât fall for fake promotions!

I have to delete my account with LAZADAâŠ
I have to delete my account with Lazada, because they violated the Privacy Policy by sending my purchases info with tracking to another person. I reported it immediately and they pretend it's a big matter but in reality they assign a case number and do absolutely nothing. It's all a scam. I reported it until I was blue in the face. I had relative contact me saying, Lazada sent them this message: XXX received your order, or J&T will deliver your order. I called CS many time and reported them not sending me the information for my order but it was useless. I had no choice but to delete my account and move over to XXX for my On-Line-Orders. Be careful !!!!!
Theft then deactivated with no refund
Lazada allows theft of users linked GCash funds and will not refund the money, even after all of the evidence has been submitted.
Then to add insult to injury they deactivated my account that I've had for 8 years in good standing. Even after I informed them that I already unlinked the GCash account and changed my email address and password.
Total knee-jerk reaction from incompetent and unprofessional customer "service".

If I could give Lazada zero stars, I would. My package was supposed to arrive to my mother in a few days, but guess what? Weeks later, itâs still was not delivered by the courier. Flash Express has no updates until I emailed them. Until now my undelivered items still in transit where in fact it was damaged and told me to contact Lazada. I chatted many times with different agents and they said they will escalate to their logistic team but no updates. Completely useless, still waiting from empty promises. The agents either donât know anything or just lie to get you off the phone.
How is this business even still operating?

Ordered an item worth about £15 from a seller on Lazada called TB SUPERMARKET STORES on Nov 17th 2024.
As of this time, 12th Jan 2025, it has still to arrive.
TB reply to my dozens of messages to them via a bot--and do not address the issue.
I have made complaints to LAZADA detailing every detail regarding the order via email and phone app---and they sent me an email saying "case closed"!.
TB supermarket stores have stolen my money, and LAZADA are complicit in this, as they have not spoken to TB supermarket and not refunded my money.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone at LAZADA unless you telephone them---and I will not waste money on calls, as that will cost more than the item.

I spoke with a very incompetent, untrained, unprofessional, and sarcastic customer service representative who introduced herself as "Jhe." She falsely claimed that I had never received a phone call from anyone at Lazada to follow up on my concern, despite the existence of valid records and a case number proving otherwise. This toxic individual refused to let me speak to a supervisor and constantly tried to sound like a pathetic social climber. To make matters worse, in the next call, this very same person changed her alias to "Din" to pretend she was someone elseâwhat a piece of work.
When I finally got through to a so-called supervisor named Emma from the same Malate (Philippines) branch, I encountered someone equally rude and condescending. She constantly talked over me while I was explaining the concern, failed to address clients properly (avoiding "sir" or "maâam"), and displayed no professionalism. Her constant struggle to speak English to sound like an American made her come off like she was trying too hard to be some high-class specimen, which only came off as insincere and pretentious. When I finally stood my ground and called out her rude behavior, thatâs when she hung up the phoneâa truly disgusting and pathetic person. My business relationship with Lazada is now officially terminated. SHAME ON YOU LAZADA for employing individuals like them!

Il 30 novembre 2024 ho ordinato una lavatrice da Lazada, pagando l'importo richiesto dal venditore in anticipo. Alla consegna era presente la mia compagna che ignara del contenuto, ritira l'ordine dal corriere. Con mia sorpresa il contenuto, pur essendo scritto sulla bolla: lavatrice automatica 10 kg, constatava di un braccialetto. Contatto subito Lazada, inviando foto e filmato del contenuto del pacco ricevuto. Rispondono che il venditore Ú già stato segnalato per sospetta frode, e di stare tranquillo perché il caso Ú passato al supervisore per un eventuale rimborso. Dopo vari contatti ed email di rassicurazioni cda parte del customer per l'assistenza. A oggi 6 gennaio non ho avuto né risposte né rimborso di quanto pagato, per un articolo mai ricevuto. Upon receiving my heavy bulky item which is Cabinet, I discovered that it was damaged. I promptly contacted the seller to arrange a return, but unfortunately, they have been uncooperative and have failed to provide the necessary shipping information for me to return the item on my own.
Additionally, when I reached out to Lazada customer service for assistance, the experience was far from helpful. The associate I spoke to was rude and dismissive, and despite my clear explanation of the situation, I was repeatedly told that I must contact the seller directly and drop off the damaged item myself. This is simply unacceptable, as the seller has not responded to my request for return information, and I was expecting Lazadaâs support in resolving this issue.
I have been a loyal customer of Lazada for quite some time, and this experience has been extremely frustrating. I requested multiple times that Lazada intervene and facilitate the return process as I am not able to drop it off due to the long distance drop off location, as well as take the necessary steps to ensure that this issue is resolved promptly.
