I have just received what was supposed to be a cordless drill from Lazada. Upon opening the package instead of a drill, the box was full of rocks! I sent several messages to the seller as well as Lazada. As yet there has been no replies!!!!!! If I don't hear back I will post this on social media and the clubs I belong to so that others know that there are serious problems with Lazada!

Terrible customer service. Put an order in for a few items . Order was cancelled apparently to non payment. Our bank confirmed it was paid to a Lazada we have sent various confirmations from our bank to show it was paid . Lazada customer service not interested wonât even consider looking into it on their side . Now not responding to our messages and we are out of pocket . Shocking customer service

Lazada is not customer oriented, they support the sellers before the buying public. If you don't carefully pay attention to the adds you will get burned. When resurching items you will find pictures of items that you are looking for, but when you purchase you may get a get something of lessor quality.

Lazada give an estimated delivery time as a 4 day span from 9 am to 10 pm.
The biggest joke ever. Try this in a modern country, and you will be out of business within a week. You can't even choose a pick up point outside Manila. I rather pick up myself than dealing with their shoddy door - to - door service.

For example, I had an item with a "guaranteed" delivery date of August 20.
Now we're on August 20, they've simply changed the "guaranteed" delivery date to August 22.
This has happened so many times.

Got scammed for â±8,937.00 and support is doing nothing
On 19.05.2024 i ordered from the seller "TAO Fitness Equipment" a olympia bar for â±8,937.00. On the same day the seller set the status on "Your package is packed and will be handed over to our logistics partner." and sent me a fake tracking number (837640050398985_760137641493) from delivery partner Cainiao. Latest arrival date should be 3 of July 2024. Until now came nothing and when you want to look up the tracking number on the website of Cainiao, it says the tracking number doesnt exist. I contacted beginning of July the customer service from Lazada and since that time, i hear only excuses from them, that they are deeply sorry and are working hard on this case to resolve it. Since 1.5 months nothing happend and i get no help from them. They are protecting SCAMMERS - stay away from Lazada!!!

Trotzdem lÀsst lazada einen hÀngen sobald ein problem auftritt. ich habe schon seit geraumer zeit gemerkt das sich in lazada mehr und mehr betrusverkÀufer tummeln. man merkt das an den bewertungen und den shopnamen. diese shops agieren unter bis zu 10 verschiedenen namen die alle den gleichen artikel anieten und unmengen guter bewertungen haben die alle gafakt sind. also bei lazada besser aufpassen. nichts Ìber 1000 baht kaufen und schon garnicht im voraus zahlen. wenn da mal was scheifgeht ist wohl zu verkraften. am besten ist bei shoppee oder shein oder line-shopping ein zu kaufen da gibts keine probleme und die artikel sind meist sogar billiger.

I ordered an item, but there has been no progress on the delivery, and the status has been stuck at "Packed and Ready to Ship." I tried contacting the seller, but there is no way to speak to a live person, and I have experienced the same issue when trying to reach Lazada support through the app.
I managed to speak with a live representative twice through chat, but they closed the issue without resolving it. It seems that speaking with your live representatives is a waste of time since all they do is make a follow-up and then close the issue.
This item was purchased in March, and until now, there has been no refund or progress. You could have refunded the amount so that I could reorder the item, or you could have reordered it yourselves.
